Mysterious Encounters: Mount St. Helens

In Mysterious Encounters, cryptozoologist Autumn Williams and her team of researchers investigate reported sightings of strange creatures somewhere in North America. They mount expeditions, interview witnesses, gather physical evidence and attempt re-enactments. They also perform high-tech surveillance using thermal and infrared cameras, motion activated cameras, balloons, pheromone traps, sonar, long range call blasters, tracking dogs, etc. so as to gather new evidence to either support or refute the eyewitness reports.

Put autumn in a bikini tied to a tree with a pheremone stick around her neck the odds would much greater to catch one on film than.a computer geek on a mountain bike with the camera pointed forward instead of backwards.

(New Jersey) Autumn Williams has spent her entire life studying this subject. Sadly, I recently heard she was ill. Does anybody know anything about how she is doing? I certainly hope she is doing well!!

Before Sasquatch Chronicles came along I pretty much lived on her Oregon Bigfoot website. The site had a good photo and audio evidence gallery along with chat forums. I even had the pleasure of speaking with Autumn Williams sometime ago. And yes Glen K she’s been studying this phenomenon all her life including growing up with these creatures habituating on her property as a young girl. I too had heard she had become ill so I hope she’s doing ok.

Great series and the precursor to everything “Bigfoot” you now see on TV. This was Doug Hajicek’s first big project in which he was a major contributor. A Few years later Monsterquest would adopt this scientific approach toward cryptid research. Good Stuff!!!
