A listener writes “A coupe weeks ago my son and I were out bow hunting in Utah, I had my son who is 14 pushing through the trees while I was standing on the edge of the clearing, all of a sudden my son started banging on a tree with a stick.

I whistled at him a couple times to try to get him to stop making that much noise.  He continued to do it so I got his attention and told him to come towards the edge of the clearing.  As he came out of the tree line I noticed he was looking over his shoulder, and still hitting every tree he walked passed with the stick in his hand. I started to walk towards him and I asked him what he was doing? He looked at me and looked back into the trees, and took off running towards me.  I asked him what the hell was wrong with him he said there was something watching me In the trees.  I asked him what do you mean? He said something was starring at me, I asked if it looked like a bear or a deer, or elk? He said NO it was standing behind a tree and it was like 1-1/2 ft taller than you dad. (I’m 6’5”)

I told him bear do not get that big around here.  He said it was not a bear it had an arm.

So as I was asleep at about 1:30am my son woke me up and said there is something outside. Me being still asleep said yup deer, squirrels, chipmunks, coyots, there are lots of things outside. He said no its walking around, I sat up and listened and heard footsteps and that spooked me I yelled and said Hey get out of here.  After that we did not hear another sound. My son is still not thinking it was bigfoot or anything he just says I don’t know what that was.
