My Friend’s Encounter

A listener writes “My friend Billy had an encounter on the Amite River near Magnolia, MS. His parents divorced around 1985 and he decided to finish his last 6 months of school living at a make-shift camp on the river.

He and his cousin returned to fish at the camp around 1995. They were casting their rods as they slowly walked down the river.

They observed a creature ahead about 30 feet on the opposite side of the small river. It was about 7.5 feet tall with black intelligent eyes.

It had a very muscular body covered in short black hair. It had black skin and a face with a snout like a dog or baboon. It had an elbow propped up against a tree.
It was very dangerous looking, so they dropped their rods and backed up to their pick-up and sped away vowing never to return.

I know that in swamp areas in LA is sometimes called the RugaRue and is like a werewolf.”

Wow… as we hear more and more testimonies such as these, its clear that there are several variations of Sasquatch and one that could be described as “dogman” or “wearwolf” due to it’s distinctive protruding snout.
