A listener of the show Dave Homewood recently captured an image in a tree. A rainstorm had hit the area at the time the photo was taken.

Here is what Dave captured in his photos:

Sometimes the mind can play a trick on you and that is why it is important to go back to the area after you have captured an image so you can compare photos. Dave writes:

This is a great example of why we should all try to keep somewhat of an objective point of view when out in the field because as most of us are well aware not everything you hear, feel, see or experience when out doin research is sasquatch. Unless you’re Todd Standing haha, just playin guys. I think it’s a great idea to put these kind of examples on the website because I’m sure this isn’t the first time someone’s seen something out in these kind of rural areas that more than likely can be explained

Great detail of a wet Sycamore tree. The large twisting branches did look like
something sitting there.

Good reminder not to misinterpret , we live on 3 acres rural behind us is 400 acres of walnut and apple orchards with a year round river ankle deep to over 10′ deep 15 minute walk thu orchard from the house, my sister in law insist some one is calling my dog from back there…She (Dog) is a 18 month Boerboel Mastiff, so who is dumb enough to call her, but my sister in law who is retired and lives with my wife and I insisted that on 3 occasions someone is saying ” Ralph come” that is what I say when getting her to come to me , yes Ralph is a girl…Dont ask..So do I let my imagination get to me? there was a bigfoot sighting 4 miles away back in 2010 on the BFRO website, or is there a seasonal worker who wants my dog, I purchased a game camera last month cause racoon’s scoping out my chicken coop. My wife will not listen to Bigfoot theory she is worried even listening to BF stories will make them a reality, she will not listen to Dogman encounters with Hellooooo Im Vic Condiff. So game camera goes up and I discover my nearest neighbor wants to play with my dog, or Squatch wants a taste of Ralph, and after Ralph,,, my chickens? after chickens tapping on my house to lure me out and I am the menu, if that happens that squatch will get a surprise cause I will throw out my sister in law instead and I will get her real drunk , than Squatch will get drunk from eating her, and I will come out and beat his drunk ass for eating my dog!….

Dutch, LMFAO! I wonder how your mother in law taste.

Hey Dutch… don’t let the dog get smoked. He’s your first line in defense. .. I would talk to the guy in the orchid… see if he’s just pulling your chain… Or maybe he knows more about what’s in that area…

If you decide you like the taste of mother in law, let me know, I might be able to spare one.

That’s great but illusions don’t trough rocks or yell or take people knock on their houses in the middle of the night

Point well taken. Thank-you for posting.

Dutch, start keeping a journal on the strange things going on around your place. After awhile, ( maybe couple yrs even) see if you see any patterns or if the frequency picks up at certain times of the year like when the apples are ripe in the orchard. These creatures can be very subtle and not leave much sign around even when they are in an area for a period of time. Your area does sound like it has all the ingredients they would like.
