Hi Chris, I believe it should be proven so people are aware of this species. In my knowledge of bigfoot history people have always spoken of this creature but no one will acknowledge authentication due to cover up from the top. For whatever reason, they choose to keep Bigfoot a myth. Who knows what their reasons are but this is what they continue to do. There have already been stories out there of dead bigfoots ( not many ) by gunshot or being hit by vehicles, accidents and nothing comes from these finings. So , why go kill a creature that there are already only a few I the world for our attempt to make them real. The govt. Will find a way to shut that finding of a shot bigfoot down. LET THEM LIVE AND DON’T SHOOT THIS SPECIAL ANINAL/CREATURE, WHATEVER IT IS.

Gumshoguy, u r not alone in your thinking. Live and let live and protect these amazing creatures just like all the others. 100% with u bud. I personally donated funds to introduce wolves to Yellowstone along with another friend of mine. They were here before we wiped them out and deserve to live like any other creatures does. Don’t Kill or Shoot at any bigfoots. PERIOD!!!! UNBELIEVABLE HOW WE R SO BENT ON VIOLENCE.

I totally didagree, but yes humans are the scourge of this earth, unfortunately and taking out a sasquatch is another example of our scourge behavior. Leave these creatures alone. I do agree that in self defense, you must protect yourself and in that case- killing a bigfoot would be reason enough.
