I think Todd quit because some of his vids were busted as hoaxes. I also think that he may well have had one or more real encounters early on and became involved in BF research but – given how hard good evidence is to come by – eventually gave in to temptation and became a hoaxer to further himself. It can be a slippery slope and Todd slipped all the way to the bottom.

Water under the bridge and best left alone. SC was undoubtedly getting too close to the truth and though it appeared his departure was rude when “The Man” wants to seriously pressure people they can easily manipulate citizens to do things they normally would not do. In any event, Wes rose to the occasion and the show is better than ever.
