Members App – Please Read

To All Members: All the issues with logging in and app issues have been resolved. Please follow the steps below

 

  • Update your app if you have downloaded it, you want the newest version 1.0.2 (If you have automatic app updates and have already the newest version. than skip)

 

  • If you have not downloaded the app go to your app store if you have an iPhone or the Google Play store on your phone to download the app.

 

  • Please contact me direct if you are still having issues.

    I have not been able to download any episodes when logged in. every time I try I get a download failure. hope this will resolve my issue as I can log in just cannot download

      same here. i had to uninstall, reinstall and it worked fine. but prior, i had to power off phone cause itnfroze with app open, playing an episode. and thebkeyboardnwouldnt write anything but q’s. seems fine now though.

        I removed, re-downloaded the app and changed my password but I’m still getting the “incorrect username/password” pop up continuously on IOS. Version is 1.0.2. I don’t mind listening online, but I do hope the app concern is resolved soon.
