    Hello,

I don’t look for Sasquatch. If I did, I wouldn’t knock or hoot because what happens if the person knocking or hooting is saying something that would end up with an encounter; YOU DON”T WANT.

I have to agree with him, not that I would ever go looking for a creature, but honestly, if they have been avoiding human contact for all these years why would anyone think that they are going to come running when you make a lot of noise? The people scare away all the wildlife so why should they hang around unless they want some entertainment? I would think they would go looking for more food instead. A creature that big needs a lot of calories to maintain that physique.

In Eastern Washington I have heard tree knocks while out hunting. Sometimes one knocks, and it seems that I am the cause. Other times there is one who knocks twice in rapid succession, while others knock once in reply from other areas. I once heard three of them from three different places.
