I was duck hunting on the White River in Arkansas from a blind. I saw a large hairy apelike creature across the river flipping over stones and walking oddly.
About 100 yards away at the closest. I am a former MARINE, I have hunted in Arkansas for 25 years, and I have never seen anything like that before. It walked like an emu or ostrich taking long strides, very odd.

We had one flipping over rocks in the Blackfoot river last December on the 6th, it was midnight with temps around 22 degrees. It was down there making a racket for the better part of an hour. Ice sheets coming out from both banks of this swift flowing river. A human would have been frozen to death in 5 minutes…..so yes, they do this, and you can guess how little affected by cold they are as well…..

Wow duke that is crazy!! I’ve always wondered how they deal with the cold like they do?! Thanks for sharing.
