A listener writes “Long story short I’ve had sasquatch encounters since my wife and I built our house on 10acres surrounded by hundreds of acres of forestry in Northern Wisconsin.
Been living here for 13 some years. I’ve seen them, tracked them, video and trail camera of numerous things about them including eye shine, footprints, tree formations etc. Myself and my military brother of 22yrs and 3 tours went out once years ago in winter and found where they were based after 2hrs of searching. Was driven out and left absolutely horrified at one point as all the sticks were being purposely snapped a huge deep growl huff came from not 10ft away and scared us half to death in pitch dark. They did not was us there. Other times include the early morning fall sighting which was my first right on my driveway.
Saw it clear as day and watched it retreat into the woods. Another when one walked up to the edge of the woods at night while I was outside checking my septic light bulb and could hear it breathing. I’ve seen their eye glint watching me outside from patio doors.
I’ve spoken to a detective who saw one cross a road nearby, a good friend who saw one coming out of the ditch on the highway close by, my father in law hearing them crash through the woods across the river, tree knocks, owl sounds that change into woot sounds.”

I lived in the Flambeau between the North and South forks. 20 miles to nowhere in all 4 directions. Plenty of strangeness. Very habitable for any large predator
