A listener writes “Hey Wes, I was wondering if you’ve heard of any sightings reported near Ottawa, Ontario, Canada recently. About two weeks ago, my girlfriend and I were driving down a forest trail and experienced something we still can’t explain.
We passed a walking trail that led deeper into the woods and thought we saw something, so we stopped to take a closer look. Standing in the middle of the trail was a large, dark figure. It was hard to tell exactly how tall it was, but I’d estimate somewhere between 6’5” and 7’5”. We couldn’t make out any clear facial features, and I had this strong, uneasy feeling that something wasn’t right.
We stayed there for a few minutes watching it, and it didn’t move at all. Eventually, we decided to leave. On our way back, I checked to see if it was still there but it was gone. The feeling of being watched stuck with me until we were completely out of the area.
Have you heard of anything like this happening around here? And if so, are these kinds of encounters known to be dangerous? Honestly, it shook me up pretty bad, and I’ve been nervous about going back into the woods since.

Wes, what are your thoughts on Bigfoot Stacy pushing that the patty film is fake, now all of a sudden they have a film only just discovered it proves it was a hoax the entire time????

Ugh! I have been checking in to see if Wes posts anything about it too! Those few seconds are what started a lot of people’s fascination with sasquatch. I guess hoax or not you can’t take away the Native accounts of them or hundreds of encounters that have been documented..

Agreed, it’s just been so disheartening, and to see other so called experiencesrs work so hard to discredit others is just baffling to me. I’m glad to see your comment to know I’m not only one bothered by this…

If it smells wrong it is wrong. Im not sure what is Stacy’s fascination for the P/G film being a hoax. Something about original timelines, etc. I do know this. Patty is a real Biological Primate type homined and walks like no person known to man. A few weeks ago Stacy had Bill Munns on to interview. Bill did a marvelous interview with all the reasons she is a real Bigfoot and told him 100 percent she is a Bigfoot. I have Bill Munns book and am half way through it, well over 400 pages with so many details and technical jargon, that could only come from someone that was a creature artist starting back in the 1960s.
