I Don’t Know What It Was

A listener writes “I live in Shreveport La, not a native of here. I have been here though over 30 odd years.I am originally from Gary In. I had some sort of experience about 4 years ago in November. I cannot recall the exact date I just know it was mid month.

The circumstance was me driving my daughter to work as she did not have her car as yet. She was hired at a call center and her orientation and training was set for six a.m. At that time it was dark still just as it is at night. There was very light traffic in the area at that time of morning, although later it’s like a speedway. I had just let my daughter out at the complex it was about 5:45 am. Just as I had pulled out from the center and gotten into my lane about a half a block up I saw a large animal running. I like to always go with my very first thoughts when explaining things. So no matter how improbable my first thought was Is that a hyena?

Are there hyenas in Shreveport? It was very large and going very fast. Before I knew it I realized I was going to collide with this thing. It was going to be unavoidable. I stiffened, I only had a moment to draw in a breath to scream and wait for the collision and then nothing happened! It’s head was less than an inch from my drivers side headlight. I don’t know where it went or how it stopped. I did not see where it could have gone, if it jumped over the car or what happened. That’s not likely as it seemed I would have seen it leap. I’m not prone to fainting or passing out so I honestly have no explanation as to why I did not hit it. It was over in just seconds it seemed. Now as to what it looked like. As I first mentioned a hyena came to mind only because as it was running it’s bottom had that low slump as they have. It had a short snout and short pointy ears that stood straight upon its head.

I only saw it in profile so I cannot speak to the eyes. The body was as a barrel very full and thick looking. There seemed to be a little fur on it. There was a stripe down it’s side not heavy just enough to see. It seemed to be glistening I don’t know if from sweat or dew. Here is the most disturbing part Wes. I have heard you ask what was the most disturbing thing that sticks with you about your sighting. For me I have withheld saying Werewolf. Here is why. As I said I did not see a face as it was in profile. The legs! The legs seemed totally human! No animal aspects to it whatsoever. If I had to I’d testify that it seemed like a man in mid transformation into a werewolf and he wasn’t finished. This is not easy for me to convey.

It makes no sense at all. If you have seen the first Terminator movie, when Arnold Schwarzenegger comes through the time breach and he is naked and kneeling. The side view of his thigh looked as exactly like it. The thigh on this animal was very muscular and covered with just a light amount of hair. You could see the skin very well it looked just like a man’s thigh with light hair covering it. I did not see the feet as it was below my line of sight in the car. It did have a tail but since it’s bottom was so low to the ground I cannot say of it was long or what. It had the appearance of being bushy and spiked.

I would have given anything for my daughter to have been in the car with me to see this. All my first thoughts were hyena, werewolf, Underworld the movie creatures. I cannot understand how an animal can look half human. I am a Christian bible believing woman. I am not a wimpy, limp wristed Christian like they portray in movies or TV that falls apart when they see something unusual. I don’t know what this was. I’ve told a few people. Some say it was just a big dog. Some say I saw a demon being cast out. Others say it was someone’s designer pet. It was not a pet! What pet has human legs??”

The sword of the spirit is the word of God. Go read and study Ephesians 6, and then it will help you understand the spiritual wickedness seen and unseen running around on the earth.

EEE-gad, that’s creepy sounding, glad I didn’t see it. I have family in a suburb of Shreveport (the country). I’ve driven there late at night and early in the morning. Thank God I never saw anything like that! Weird. And as far as those namby- pamby Christians, they better man up. or woman up as it may be. The closer it gets to the end of days the weirder it’s going to get. Thanks for sharing. Can’t wait!

Nooooo, just nooooo. Holy moly, how terrifying to think there can possibly be things like this running around. I am not limp wristed or wimpy, but pretty sure I would have had a heart attack and died right there on the spot. Wow, I hope that image doesn’t creep into your dreams at night…pretty sure it will be in mine sometime soon. Thanks for sharing (I think).
