I’ve seen a longer clip of this and I think it’s legit. I usually struggle to see what’s being shown but this video looks good. I live one county over from this location and black bears are hunted with dogs. If you see an unhabituated black bear, it takes off running immediately. I don’t believe it to be a bear.
