A listener writes “Im from Tri cities WA and I was heading to Cle Elum to work it was closely to 7ish am I had passed the dam I think it’s called (Wanapum Dam) and seen to what it appear as a dear to me on the left hand barrier, so I slowed down that’s when he got up by pulling himself from the guard rail.
He looks at me straight in the eyes he’s maybe 30ft away from me he runs in front of my car really really fast he turns and looks at me and I see myself but is like if I was out of my body looking at me everything slowed down. That’s all happening while he looks back at me for the second time. So grabs the hand rail I hear in my head “ look what they’re doing to me” and with a human gesture like when we say oh well. Then he jumps to my right hand and down a lil canyon.
Time comes back to normal I turn right to see where he jumped and slowed down a lil bit. I can’t see him… it was just weird and the voice that spoke to me it wasn’t mine. He was tall brownish skinny it seemed like he was wet I think he had just swam across the Columbia river. it felt like we had a moment like he knew what I was think or he knew that I wasn’t going to hurt him.”
