When I was a boy scout at camp saw one slowly walk by our camp. It was nothing noteworthy, but it has affected my life since then.

rother was bowhunti g with a friend and saw one they travked it for two days. Then lost sll trackes as it entered a swamp land. This happened i believe in 1972.
Last feb. My wife and i were at the family cabin. I went for a walk in the woods. I was about 200yds from the cabin and maybe 10yds into the woods. I was facing to the north, when i heard a gun shot to my right which would be to the east. I turn to look because I heard people shouting. I started to walk to the east to see what was happening. I heard what I believe was a large loud growl more of a scream actually not thinking I kept walking. To the east i may have gone at the most 5yrds. When suddenly something hit me on my left shoulder knocking me to the ground and into the snow. as I got up I saw a creature approximately 7 27 and a half feet tall running to the east with a small creature approximately four foot tall running in the direction that the gunshot and the Scream came from. I only seen them for approximately 5 to 7 seconds as they disappeared into the woods. After i got up, I followed some tracks for a while, but not having a weapon on me and walking in deep snow, I’ve thought it best to go back to the cabin.I Did end up going to the doctor for my shoulder. Which was sore for weeks and brused.i never found out were the gun shots came from or what the screams were. Even though there has for yrs something in our 80scres
