(New Jersey) I’m with you, Jon. He is a fighter, and I support him 1000 percent. I understand Todd is a controversial figure. Once a nonbeliever, he has spent countless hours in the field researching the existence of Bigfoot. One of the issues his distractors point to is his photos depicting Sasquatch. Some say they’re real, others a hoax. Frankly, I’m a bit skeptical. But playing devils advocate, one could argue that whether or not authentic, it shows how passionate he is in proving his point. The question then becomes: Do the ends justify means? That issue aside, one should look to the total body of Todd’s work. The time and effort he has put in to his work is second to none. Along with men like Dr Meldrum and Dr Bindernagel, he has worked tirelessly to prove both the Existence of this mysterious creature, and the need for us to Protect the Sasquatch. We all know Sasquatch exists.. Is it to much to ask that governments protect these beings from some of mans worst tendencies- among them, the need to kill anything we don’t understand. Love him or hate him, or somewhere in between, I wish Todd all the best in his court cases. It is high time this subject be given the time and attention it rightfully deserves.

I used to feel the same Duane. And to be honest, there is one photo that I used to really doubt-the Michael Jackson looking one, yet Wes said he’s interviewed a number of witnesses that say the Sasquatch looked just like that. But he’s got some pretty interesting videos in his documentary. I also don’t think he could De. Bindernegal, Dr. Meldrum and Les Stroud. He doesn’t have the greatest personality, but he’s committed and a good tracker. Time will tell so I”m reserving judgement.

Say what you will about Todd, but this man has the gumption to do what no one else has before (“taking it to the court”). He’s spent his time and money for this project and uphill court battle. His reputation has been trashed, but he persists. I admire his tenacity.

I can’t believe it’s in front of the BC Supreme Court I live in Alberta and driving to BC everyday for work and listen to the CBC Radio and tweet their anchors to tell them about this court case and I haven’t heard a word of it in my national media so I cannot believe it’s already gone through the mai lower court in is already in front of the Supreme Court without it even being in the news.

I honestly thought they would kill Todd before they ever let it into the court room

I used to feel the same about Todd, then one day i realized that i wasnt being fair about it. Because frankly i dont know the man, and what right do i have to judge another person based on what ive heard on the internet? There are enough rumors going around out there. Plus, the interview that Wes did with Todd was an eye opener. Then there is the face that he is going forth with this court case. How many other people in the Bigfoot community would do this? Hes opening himself up for a world of… hate, to be honest. a world of name calling and people harassing him. I hope it works out for Todd. He is risking a lot. Not only for himself, but his family. I really hope they arent harassed and bothered.

Todd is fearless. Frequently the vessel for change or growth is severely flawed. Neither of these observations are secret. One of the first questions I have been taught to ask is “what is MY motive ?” If I can discern my motives then I may get insight into the motives of others.

Todd lacks like ability and some of the images he has are a bit cartoonish but that last “devil” photo makes me rethink all of the images. I have always thought genetic variation could be way underestimated with Sasquatch and if we use Homo sapiens as a model it is fairly obvious how varied we are. Think about Shaq and mini me from Austin powers. A silly example but it proves a point. Let’s assume Todd is hoaxing these… would it be more likely that a hoaxer would create three different phenotypes or “looks” or would he create creatures that looked more similar to each other to try and pass them off as a genuine species? I did have one issue in Todd’s new Netflix special. The log throwing incident. The log seemed too gently tossed to me. Maybe I’m way off here but I would love to know if anyone else felt this way.
