Bob Gymlan writes “Recently in the news, headlines were made when a bigfoot researcher in Kentucky fired at something unknown in Mammoth Cave National Park. Nothing came of it, as usual.
Two campers found the incident a lot to take in, so they called the authorities. No charges were filed, and it makes you wonder why.”

It would be interesting to get the park LEO report and the mans statements but I bet even David Paulides could not get the report.. You can carry a weapon for self defense in the national parks buts you can’t use it to protect yourself. The true wisdom of our governments thinking. We live in a world of technological wonder and many people believe that wrestling is real. It is not to say that the gun yeilding man should not be hunting these things as he might end up getting bent and broken like a tree or food for the little Squatches. Many things are hidden from our eyes and God will reveal all one day.

Yep Agree…
Wait What wrestling isn’t real.?? Lol….

Hmmm. No charges pressed for discharging a sidearm in a national park in the middle of the night in an established and occupied camping area….
Don’t know about y’all, but that makes my Spidey senses tingle!

The whole story explained itself. No charges because the police no they are out there and what’s a guy to do. Also that young couple, a five mile hike back to their vehicle. No wandering why “411” books keep on coming. All some people know how to do theses days is look down and text, while the real world will eat ’em up. Thanks.
