App Login Issue Update

Hi all! We know that some of you have continued to experience login issues with the SC app over the last couple weeks, and how frustrating it has been (trust me, we feel the same šŸ˜µā€šŸ’«).

The developer believes they have identified the issue and has submitted updates to the app stores which should be live in the next few days. We will post here and on the Blog when the updates are available for download through the App Stores.

Since the app is custom built directly around the website there are MANY interconnected parts, and any changes that are made by the plugins that allow the Membership to function on the site have the potential to affect the mobile app. We are working with the website and app developers to come up with a plan that will hopefully allow us avoid such issues in the future.

    Hi. Anybody who has ever worked with patches and websites and apps and updates is used to a few snags so hope fully people are being nice about it because you guysbdeserve the best!!! For sure, frustrating at times. Good luck.

    How did you get around it? It keeps saying login or password incorrect but its the right one. I was logged in last week then same issue. Ive been able to listen twice in the past month but my fees sure keep coming out. Now my support emails arent being returned. Been a member a year and a fan even longer. Sure wish theyd fix this or help me out if Im going to keep being charged for an app I cant use or listen to
