A listener writes “For me, it all started back in early October of 2005 in upper Bucks County. I am not one of the sightings in the BFRO or PA bigfoot society databases.

I was attending college at DelVal University and decided to go for an evening walk on a trail in a large section of interconnected woods following the Neshaminy Creek, not far from Nockamixon. At this time, I didn’t believe or think anything of Sasquatch. On my walk, I stumbled upon two deer carcasses about 8 feet up in the crook of a tree off of the path quite a bit. They weren’t fresh, but not old. Looked as if something was picking at it. The deer heads were gone. The legs were pulled in such a way that they were wedged in the tree fairly tight. The leg meat and guts were gone. The interesting thing was that I remeber there were no flies on the carcasses. This puzzled me and I came back the next night to see if I could find out what was eating it. That’s when my life changed.

I arrived before sunset and sat near an uprooted root ball that was grown over about 20 yds from the carcasses. Just as the sun went down, the woods became quiet, and my ears started ringing. I heard what sounded like a man walking, more like a slow shuffle. The hair on my neck was standing up as I couldn’t see anything! Then, it grunted and I could hear it sniffing the air. The footsteps were with in 20 yds of me (behind me) at this point and all I had was a mag lite. I stood up and shined the light in its direction and standing there swaying back and forth was an auburn colored hairy man like creature swaying side to side. I remember the eyes vividly as they reflected red with the flashlight. I screamed, it shrieked, and it bolted one way and I ran about a half mile in 30 seconds. The creature was about my height and I am 6’1″ it may have been a little taller, but not much. After this experience , I became fascinated and kept going around thag area to see if I could see it again.

Well, I did. I had rocks thrown at me. One of them gifted a dead fox. The closest I was able to come was with the 9.5 ft male. At that Time cell phones and hand held cameras were all I had and could afford and they just weren’t powerful enough to capture the video of the next encounter I will share with the 9.5 ft male. At this point I had witnesses to come with (my wife being one of them) who were interested and had some class A encounters such as rocks being thrown, eye shine, hearing footsteps, hearing wood knocks, and screaming as we became to close at times. Screams that gave us the fight or flight response. We flew. The night of the encounter with 9.5 foot male happened as we entered a field with a large compost pile. We weren’t experiencing much that night and this was in the spring of 07. So I was investigating for almost 2 years. I shined my mag light across the top of the pile and saw eye shine. Two red reflecting eyes on top of the pile. I had a 1000 lumen spotlight and a handheld camera to be ready incase we had action. The guy I was with and I both decided to light it up with the spot light.

When we did it leaned around the pile and gave us an upper torso view very quickly and then took off in to the woods so fast that we couldn’t catch up to get a video and unfortunately I failed at getting any clear footage this whole time. We went back the next morning to measure where the squatch hit a branch with his head and it was 9’4″ off of the ground. Ever since these encounters I have wanted to get back out and investigate. They are real, they are in Pa, and living in Berks county now, I wanted to see if anything may be around here I can investigate. Feel free to ask any questions. I’ve been on the hunt for evidence ever since, but I’m back in Berks County, Pa. I was just put this morning and saw some good evidence.”
