Makes me long for Monsterquest, an outstanding groundbreaking series. Everything in the current Sasquatch universe owes its existence to this program created by Doug Hajicek

Even after my hunter brother Stephen told me about his weird experience in the woods of beautiful Michigan, he later said Bigfoot doesn’t exist. He was hunting and grew sleepy. He sat down by a tree with his back to it, propped his rifle across his lap, and doused off for a little while. Shortly, he said he woke up to something walking bipedal toward where he was sleeping before, but was wide awake now. He said he held his breath as whatever it was walked right passed him and moved into the woods quickly. It is my opinion that his little retreat afforded him a sneak peak at Mr. Big. When he said BF doesn’the exist I reminded him of that time, and he said, yeah, there was that…

Hi Katie F – Yes, he was hunting alone but was on a friends private property. His friends family owned a large piece of woods, and he would go there to hunt. He was very comfortable in the woods. They’d also ice fish there in winter, which he was very fond of. He loved Michigan. He was an outdoors type, and hunted Elk, Deer, mainly, but enjoyed other things such as rabbit hunting (which is big in the south). He visited me in East Texas on leave before going to Japan. It was then he told me of some strange things, but 25 years later he wanted to deny all that. If something intrigues me I seldom forget, so, I called him on it, and he didn’t lie, he just said, there was that. He had cancer so I didn’t want to press it too much.
