A listener writes :I have two experiences that occurred in 1965 and 1966 involving what I can only describe as possible bigfoot encounters. In addition, I am including my UFO encounters as well. I have been reluctant to disclose much of this information due to the fact that certain landmarks and locations would reveal my identity as I am well known. However, if you want to hear what I have experienced over the years, I would be happy to converse with you.

I was on patrol during the evening of the famous Trumbull County UFO Incident of December 1994. In those days, the police departments along the Pennsylvania and Ohio border had no direct communication with each other as our units were using the UHF band and Ohio was using the VHF band. It was to our mutual benefit to have a means of communication between the patrol cars and this was accomplished by installing the cars of both states with scanner radios and programming the radio frequencies of the various agencies allowing the officers to talk “across scanner” , as we referred to it.

The evening of December 14 had been relatively uneventful for myself and another officer who was patrolling another sector of our township until our scanner radios came alive with activity from the Ohio units in Liberty, Howland, Brookfield, and Vienna. The entire incident which started out as a huge joke soon became a matter of a more serious nature.

The radio traffic came alive as the responding units raced to the reported sightings and observed for themselves what the residents were seeing. What I saw on that night were several fast moving to slow moving objects that were of various sizes and shapes. Whether the objects were capable of altering their shapes is unknown to me.

However, the shapes were circular disks and triangular. I exited my patrol car and watched as these objects darted across the night sky. The airbase radar operator insisted that nothing was showing on his radar screen even though dozens of residents and police personnel were observing one or more objects.

The entire incident has been released in audio form and is available on the internet. I think you should play the audio on your show. I’m sure it would be a huge hit. Listening to the 9-1-1 dispatch audio still sends shivers down my spine. There are several sites that refer to that night.

In July of 2005, I had a sighting that I will never forget. It was early morning, just after 0700 hours. I had started patrol duty an hour earlier. It was a bright, sunny day with few clouds. As I was driving in a south westerly direction on a rural road, the sun was behind me and to the left. I was traveling downhill at a slight grade but still at a height approximately 100 to 150 feet above a grove of trees approximately one quarter mile away. I had a bird’s eye view of the wooded area near the lake. My eyes caught a glimpse of a shiny object rising from within the trees.

As I watched the object rise, I could see that it was a huge silver globe, maybe 30 feet in diameter. As it rose, I could see the trees reflecting off the mirror-like finish. It was silver but was also reflecting the gold color of the sun on one side. I stopped the car and immediately began fumbling in my duty bag for my 35mm camera. I didn’t want to take my eyes off of it and I was so sorry that the object, that was now just over top of the trees, ascended in a flash and was gone.

I sat there in disbelief for several minutes with my useless camera in my hand. The image of that object is still fresh in my mind. I began searching the web and several days later, I found an artist’s depiction of the same object as it was described by another witness in another encounter (not sure where). That thing I saw never made a sound while it was slowly rising from the woods or when it shot away in a flash.

The following is my account of an incident recorded by a camera at my home. This was reported anonymously to MUFON. During October, 2013, while viewing some recent downloaded frames from a wireless security camera, situated in my back yard, I happened to notice that one of the pictures contained an anomaly which I have no explanation for.

The camera is located approximately 12 feet high and overlooks the back portion of my house. it is set to snap photos of anything that triggers its motion detector function. The snapshot that I observed was of an object in the northwest sky just beyond my house.

The object appears to be spherical with a ring around the middle. I have zoomed in on the photo as my software will allow and the shape becomes distorted but with a noticeable aura (possibly a heat signature)?

I am at a loss to explain this phenomenon further and have been reluctant to post this information due to the fact that I have no way of knowing if it is a real UFO or some other explanation. I leave that to the viewer and the experts.

This incident was reported to PENNSYVANIA MUFON, along with the photos. I was contacted by an investigator but I did not want to participate in any interviews and never followed up. I can send the pics of the object if you would want them.

I am now 72 years old and though I have been retired for a while, I still have some reluctance in associating my identity to these occurrences. I have no idea when I’ll see the next anomaly but I’m keeping an eye to the sky.”
