So….I watched the movie…..interesting……no firearms…..a bit naïve I would think. Not a chance in hell I would hike that area and not have multiple large caliber weapons.

I remember watching this when it first came out in the 70’s. Real or a Hollywood sound affect – that scream at the 11:25 mark always (and till does) gives me the heebie jeebies and makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up.

I love these old programs. The cars, the clothing, the wood paneling in the homes, the casual cigarette smoking, etc.

Nice! I hadn’t seen this before. Some characteristics that we still talk of today: walking with bent knees, subdued neck, throwing rocks and logs. Characteristics that they didn’t know or didn’t mention: opposable thumb (they thought without), the use of trees as markers, Sasquatch made structures. There were signs this was a production for entertainment and strictly a documentary, but to see and hear them you had to pay attention. This was made and released during my high school and army years, ‘71 – ‘75. Wish I had been aware then. Sure could have used this subject for my senior term paper.

NOT strictly, I meant.
