I had not heard of Oak Openings Preserve Metropark. Its about 10 miles west of Toledo and not that far from the Battle of Fallen Timbers, the last battle of the Ohio/Indian wars in August of 1794 that produced the Greenville Treaty. This area is not a Bigfoot hotspot by any means, but as we all know, they can be anywhere. Maybe it followed the creeks that fed the large Maumee River ( a great Walleye Fishery in the spring) to the south. Having heard that scream they described myself, who can blame them for tearing off right quick.
