Watch: Possible Sasquatch? Laurel Creek trail, Tennessee

This video from Tennessee was apparently taken with a low grade video recorder. Around the 13 second mark you can see appears to be a large dark figure on the opposite bank of the creek. As the camera pans, the subject looks like it starts to walk off. It’s difficult to tell however due to the low quality of the video.

I’ve seen quite a bit of these videos where people say that they’ve caught a sasquatch on video. And these figures that are recorded always seem to stay right outside of view of their peripheral vision but then they’ll pan over and there will obviously be a subject right there in front of them. It just has you asking, how did they not see that? Are they just that well camouflaged and blended into their surroundings? Or are we more oblivious to the things around us? Which is a pretty scary thought that such a massive bipedal wild animal can get so close to us without us being aware of it

Seems to me if what I saw was what was supposed to be a squatch, taken in proportion to everything around it, it would be about 10 inches tall. You can tell whatever it is (probably a leaf) that its too close to the camera to focus properly.

What is the average height of a Bigfoot? About 8 to 9 ft or so? So, if Shaquille, who is over 7 ft tall and weighs in at about 350 lbs were to walk at an angle away from you, don’t you think you would see him clearly? I don’t understand these videos where people are recording logs and stumps that are only a foot or two off of the ground and they think there’s a Sasquatch hiding behind them. And then there are the grainy, out of focus videos that they say, “the figure wasn’t visible or noticeable until after I reviewed the recording at home.” A majority of these videos are just wishful thinking and grabbing for the chance at 15 minutes of fame. Next!

I’ve bear hunted in this area for over 20 years and know it very well. The person is standing on a log foot bridge that’s across the creek. From where they’re standing and where the figure is, it can’t be more than 50 feet away. Its way to small to be anything other than a distortion of something.
