PC Mag was on hand to interview FLIR about one of their new products. Surprisingly, Editor-In-Chief Dan Costa knew what the new camera was perfect for…looking for Sasquatch.

Sasquatch is good way for them to convince every outdoorsman to obtain one of their products. Can’t blame them for wanting to create a market there.
Recently in my local supermarket I saw an offer for a thermal imager for just about 2000 euros. Sadly, I have no (exc)use for it as there are no sasquatch in Europe.

What is a troll, a greenman, etc? Europe has them, and dogmen as well.

Bigfoot is their new bread and butter I would guess!

One of the things to get on a FLIR unit is a “video out” connector so you can record to a remote recorder unit. I have one of the older units and it has remote “12V DC power in” and video. Can’t go wrong with FLIR.

Very good to know about the $599 Flir unit so that you don’t have to purchase the $1999 ones on up!
