Watch: Big Muddy Monster

Along the Big Muddy River in Murphysboro, Illinois, locals tell of harrowing encounters with the creature caked in muck that periodically emerges from the river to besiege the town.

      Anthony M: Are you “ok” or do you need help?? Have you been in a comma?? Give Wes a break!!! He did nothing to lose the other two hosts by his fault. The audience is one reason one host left. Think about other people then yourself!! Wes could have just shut CS down but he stuck it out like a man(sorry ladies, just an expression) and kept it going on his own. And to be truthful, it’s running pretty smoothly right now. So cut Wes a break. It’s the audience, us included, that shut down the blogging section. People being rude and harassing others. Shannon, being a big part of the receiving the negative remarks. I can’t blaming her for leaving, though I wish she would have stayed. I can’t tell you how many times Wes stuck his neck out with the interviews he has done that surely pissed someone off in the gov.. Wes is tough, he is going the direction he stated he would. I heard 2 interviews a week but never heard Wes say that HE would do 3 interviews by himself! BTW, you can always go start a show yourself Anthony M., see how easy it is!! lol Sorry Wes, please, just carry on and do what your doing buddy! Your very much appreciated & thanks too!!

    When did he promise 3 shows a night? It was always and originally once a week and the only time it was more than that was when Shannon was doing a separate show and then Will was supposed to be doing another called into the abyss. I don’t remember them ever promising 3 shows a week. The most I ever heard Wes say was maybe we will have another show next week on a Wednesday but that was only on particular occasions. I could be wrong but after all this time following the show I don’t remember ever being left with the impression that he was going to have more than one show a week on a regular basis.

      That’s right!!! You signed on with the agreement thinking 7 bucks a month, and a show a week. You know that’s how it has always been. What do you think Wes is, a robot? Maybe Wes should tell you, 3 shows a week equals 21 dollars a month.

    Anthony M. I can understand your eagerness, but if you click on the JOIN tab above you will find this:

    “By becoming a member, you will gain 75% more content per week. We will continue to deliver the great, hour long show you are familiar with on Sunday nights and in addition, members will receive a second hour of content plus a new mid week show. That’s 3 hours a week of extended interviews and information that non members are not getting. All of this content for $7 a month.”

    This is pretty much what we members get. Tons of content in the Blogs and a show on Sundays as well as one usually mid week. If you add it all up you’ll see we members get 3 hours a week, sometimes more, of material.
