The YouTuber writes “I was testing out the depth of field on my new camera by filming a patch of leaves in the lincoln woods wildlife reserve in Leominster, MA and immediately I heard a noise a few hundred feet behind me. After that I saw something at 0:16 and I still cant explain what it was.”

My buddy Bill ward says he thought it might be a Sasquatch kid I said it moved too fast for that to be a human child and who knows what that sound at the end of the clip could have been it kinda sounded like a raven at first but after listening again it might have been the creature warning any others around that danger is nearby, great post!

My thoughts are that holo tree knock and the questionable voice of “what the F was that” . Then how he zoomed in on the only spot within seconds that something just happened to run through the woods at warp speed in the best view.
I want it to be real, but that voice kills it more then the coincidence 🙁

Jeepers!!!! This was either an escaped Orang or a baby BF!???????? Fast as all heck, long arms, bipedal, coned head, shaggy reddish hair. This was not a person in a suit, and we see enough of it to know it’s no deer or bear either! ❗️I think this is real.????????

Hoax. OK maybe. But this is a very fast and mobile hoax. I know it’s funky how the person zoomed in right away. And I to would have looked in the direction of the knock also. But every body’s little different. The sounds at the end I’m not sure of. Strange to be sure.

This guy obviously has some skill with a manual camera or he never would have gotten that shot, he’s quick on that zoom and he was in the right place at the right time. That’s an encounter video.

Seems these videos appear right around Halloween every year? I mean if you dropped $100 on a gorilla suit, you might want to have some fun right? Subject seems fast but not outside a human speed IMHO.

I think it’s fascinating—and I in no way mean this in a trolling or rankling manner—that this video hitting the “sighting hallmarks” is lending to its credence.

Shouldn’t it be the converse? It’s like this guy listened to a few SC podcasts and took the major elements: starts with a knock, then a flash of fur (in the perfect zoomed in locale), and then it even concluded with a perfect whoop.

Isn’t that a bit perfect? It’s playing on the major points like he has a checklist. Don’t let that sell you. I’d think you’d look for originals aspects of this “encounter” to add veracity—not repeats of what others say.

    Just my two cents, though.

I can’t tell if this is real or not, but again, didn’t the knock sound relatively close? The cameraman didn’t seem surprised by it. The little guy did scoot right along. If it was bounding over logs and branches, it would be hard pressed for a kid, or an adult for that matter, to go that fast in a monkey suit. So my next issue is, why didn’t the cameraman go and look for prints? If he did we could have seen if there was a path or trail there that would have made someone in a suit appear to be able to move as fast as this figure did.

Finally, I did like the whoop at the end, however, that too could have been done to make this seem more realistic.

It may or may not be authentic. I wish more info could have been given.
