Upcoming show for Sunday

This weekend I am planning on having a two part show with several witnesses who have chosen to come forward. This weekend will be an exciting show, we should have just about everything in this next show from Sasquatch stealing fish to crossing a stream.

    Hey Randolph,

    Noah, had one of the best accounts ever. If I was ever to be in the woods it’s him that I’d want next to me. He’s just a very straight forward guy not very emotional, but you could hear his emotion when he talked about his son and Ex-wife.

    Randolph – People here love SCs and you come along trying to steal their thunder. Randolph grow up, work for something more worthwhile, or get a life – better yet, stay out of ours. Nothing you can say will change what I think. In fact it strengthens my support in SCs. You’re a failure… go far, far away. (You’re not the only who doubts the story? Birds of a feather…)

    Why such bitterness towards Randolf? I didn’t read anything out of line with his comment. He was just making a suggestion and honestly im still on the fence about Noah’s accounts. He seemed authentic but parts were a little hard to believe. Maybe he’s just the bravest man on the planet but after what I saw I would never enter the woods alone again. I give him the benefit of the doubt but that will be harder for s ome people and they’re entitled to that opinion.

      Absolutely. It seems some people just lay in wait for someone to speak an opinion other than theirs and here we go again.
      I don’t know what it is about the Sasquatch, but it seems to cause people to draw a line in the sand. Like Christians and Athest.

    ……if I was to tell my encounter…..and it doesn’t ring true to ur ear …..then I am lying …..hmmmmm………do we have to tell our encounters a certain way to be believable? …….some people just do not show their emotions…….I believe that all who step forward to tell their story are brave …..after all…..they come here as a way to tell someone …….to have people in common to talk with and to except what they say…………” Bigfoot” isn’t real as most would have it ….however on Sasquatch Cronicles we know it to be true ….

    My neighbor said that him and a buddy saw one 6′-8′ from them when he was young! I’ll have to keep on having him tell it to me before I believe him. I told him I want to meet his friend, and he said he didn’t live too far. It happened in Grays Harbor WA. I try to ask people off the street, when I’m wearing my BF shirts.

    Keep plugging away Wes i think your doing a great job for somebody who isn’t trained in asking the appropriate questions to determine deception in somebodies story. In fact i believe if anybody were to talk for a whole hour/hour and a half straight on what they remember from the past on one thing let alone multiple things and all the feelings and particulars and details that happened ?? Chances are each and every one of us would say something that somebody would question or not believe. people do not remember things the same as everybody else and that is a fact as well. a scene with multiple people witnessing it and everybody will see it differently some believable and some not and yet everybody saw the same thing happen so there all telling THERE truth. people can and will always believe what they want to with what they hear regardless of what is said. the energy/tonality/emotion behind the words is what makes it what it is. bullshit or not.

      Take it easy on ole Randy. Compared to what we all just came thru with the forum fiasco and all that vitriol I think Randolph remark was harmless and unintentionally curt at best. No one supports Wes more than me but let’s not get so sensitive..
      On its face his idea is a good one, police have a way of figuring out when people are lying by understanding human nature. Wes has dealt with enough officers thru SC perhaps he could get some pointers on what to look for. What’s wrong with that?

        You ask “what is wrong with that” meaning for Wes to act like someone he is not – a police officer??? That’s not what this show is about. It’s not about finding out who is lying and who it telling the truth. It’s a place for all people to call in and state THEIR experiences the way THEY remember it and it doesn’t matter how they tell it because everyone and I do mean everyone tells it, feels it, experiences it all in a different way!! Simply put ~ it’s not the show’s concept to find out who is lying and who isn’t.

          Cindy if that is the case then why did Wes do a show about people ( nuts ) who didn’t make it to air? Wes is our buffer between obviously delusional people and actual encounters. So all I was saying is it would behoove him to know the difference between someone retelling their encounter and someone just looking for attention. I think he has done a pretty good job thus far. These interviews are rather long and detailed. Most the time someone who is not being truthful about an encounter usually vets themself anyway.
          As much as I enjoy hearing these encounters from people I would like to think that Wes has already heard and thought OK this one sound credible enough to air. That is all.

    Randolph, I appreciate that Wes does not interrupt the train of thought of a guest that is intelligently recounting his experience. There have been several times in past shows, especially with co-moderators, that a sentence is interrupted and the thought is lost. I have not seen Sasquatch but will never forget the time I was fishing a small stream in Idaho when a cougar briefly appeared on a huge downed tree directLy across the water from me. The quiet sense of awe, wonder, surprise, and apprehension is with me to this day. I will never forget how the cat poised ever so briefly on the log for me to get a full side view of it. It then glided like smoke into the bushes and was gone. I stood there without moving the whole time. Can I recall the day, date, time? Nope, not even the year anymore. But I can remember quietly expressing thanks to the universe for that experience. If I ever meet one of the forest folk I sincerely hope I have a similar reaction.

    Wes, it’s been such a long time since I first heard your voice command the airwaves. I recall the night very well, when you told your encounter on air for the first time. The chills that went through my body were intense, and I was hooked on Big Feet from that moment on. I don’t think I would have ever shown as much interest if it hadn’t been for you Wes…sometimes the Big Feet part doesn’t even matter anymore. It becomes irrelevant, fading away to a nothingness. After every show you do, I want to applaud and applaud. And then I am surrounded by a sadness, due to the realization I have to wait until the next show. It might be days away, it might be weeks, but even an hour is too long for me.
    Even the guests on the show have become secondary for me, in fact I can barely tell them apart anymore, they just sort of become a monotonous drone to my ears. That is testament to your brilliance as a host. To your innate ability to probe deeply. But most of all, its testament to your desire to put people at ease, make them feel they can open themselves to you, trust you….B.e.l.i.e.v.e in you!!!!
    People can laugh all they want, but the proof is in the pudding and you keep coming up with better and better shows. Who else could have bagged Bob Gimlin? Even if he is a bit dotey these days. They say he is tough, but you are tougher, you have proven this with your fighting Apache spirit. A fearless brave, a…..Warrior.
    Oh how I long to meet you and shake your hand, hope that happens someday soon, maybe when you get on TV….I know you will be in the news soon, one way or another. Fame is a’comin ma’boy, comin real fast! xx

    Perhaps Wes is a bit gun shy to treat a guest as if he might not believe in their story…I for one wasn’t buying all of the last mans story. But that doesn’t make me think any less of Wes, he is letting people tell THEIR stories.

    The concept of the show is not to “police” everyone who calls to find out if the story they are telling is true or not true. Wes is NOT a policeman nor does he conduct the show in such a manner. Poo-pooing a guest is one thing but don’t be poo-pooing on Wes!!! That’s like “Messing With Sasquash”! LOL!!!

    I love you guy’s show/ encounters from normal people to police etc…..I have never seen or even heard sasquatch/Bigfoot but just hearing all these encounters from literally thousands of people can’t be wrong! I started getting into the paranormal after my Father in law passed in 2000 and my Dad passed away in 2005 . So I know for sure there is a afterlife when our little son 4 at the time was on the floor playing like he always did with my Father in law .We were trying to figure out how to tell him his buddy pap pap passed away. “HE’S IN HIS ROOM TALKING TO HIM” I walked by couple of times trying to hear what he was saying.asked him 1st time he just shrugged his shoulders. Finally I went in there got down on one knee (hair on my neck,arms .stood up ! I said _ _ _ _ who are you talking too…he looked over on the other side of him and looking back at me said his first middle last and then Sr. My son at 4 year’s of age never knew his pap pap by any other name…….. Yes people there is a afterlife.
    I had another experience with my Dad,so has my mom and sister I could go on and on! All of this paranormal stuff that goes on a lot of it is true…..So why not Sasquatch ,So maybe flying spacecraft,good Lord just pray the devil stays below !
    I worry about my twin brother , He laughs at me when I mention Bigfoot ,he lives up on a farm by mostly by himself. If one would ever come near him I know he would shoot and ask questions later. He has over 100 acres up on a mountain top with beef cattle ,deer ,turkeys,coyotes etc..running around.
    Question what caliber hand gun or rifle would bring one of these creatures down ? Someone has to know. I’m trying to let him listen to just 1 of your shows which one would you suggest he listen too being a skeptic ? and then trying to tell him they live in family groups is another problem…if you would shoot one you would be invaded by the whole family right Scary Shit!

    I can’t believe that some people have the unmitigated gall to question Wes’s ability to vett witnesse. Then to accuse guests of perjuring themselves for attention. First of all if you think you can do a better job then you need to start your on show rather than slandering the guests and complaining about how the show is conducted.

    Good on you Wes! I haven’t posted as much lately here but we are your die hard fans of SC and you have well won a great deal of respect in our book, my husband and I for pushing through hard times and carrying the ball and we have had some fantastic shows. Why don’t we just try to trust Wes’ instinct? Maybe a few get through and there are those that embellish things up but so what? That seems to be the name of the game. There are too many good credible shows here, so keep up the great job you’re doing Wes. Trond & Bonnie

    Remember Tracey’s encounter? One of the best I’ve ever heard and anyone could tell this guy had experienced something that shook him to his core. Then there were the usual hagglers trying to pock holes. That must have been pretty hurtful for Tracey when it took a load of courage to come forward and he no doubt was looking for some support. I had an encounter when I was 21. I never saw anything but when I shared it with Wes, he told he that was undoubtably a Sasquatch that had warned me off his turf. I don’t think I’m that articulate and because this is such a tough crowd I never would be on the show. It takes some courage for the ones that have had REAL encounters and I hate all the criticalness this site sometimes descends to. I have really appreciated the way Wes has handled that.

    I’m a true SC fan but, if I ever left it would not be because of Wes or his guest. It would be because of some of these other (Fans) who like to slip their brains into straitjackets just to feel comfortable . And don’t you dare color outside of their lines. They get a little upset.

    I think Randolph works for or IS from another pod cast/website trying to throw a wrench into the good thing Wes has going here. Keep up the good work Wes and just know 99% of us on here love the show and think your awesome. The other 1% (Randolph) can kiss it!

    I don’t post here very often, but I’m just surprised at the amount of animosity heaped towards Randolph. One thing about ALL of the accounts on this show is that they’re purely anecdotal. As such, what a person believes or disbelieves then is based on what their life experiences afford them as to what they believe to be true and false. No two people are going to be alike. I recall a guy Shannon interviewed several weeks ago that had 30-40 sightings which I doubt anyone believed. Then there was Tracey whom I think everyone believed. But unless someone hauls in a body to their interview and its on CNN, its all subjective and to the ear of the beholder.

    As far as vetting the guests, more than once over the course of 80 some podcasts do I recall Wes and Will mentioning how good they’ve gotten at spotting a fake. Doesn’t mean some won’t get by them though, they’re human. Wes is quite thick skinned, hell he had to be to keep this site going after the fiasco of the last few weeks, so I doubt Randolph’s interrogative suggestion would cause him any consternation. I don’t think it was out of line or that bad of a suggestion given the policemen and sheriff’s deputies Wes has no doubtedly spoken to. Its not like it was suggested he go waterboard them.

    There will no doubt be some that don’t like my diatribe either, but I felt I had to write it. Call it my, “Why can’t we all just get along” post.

    You know, I have found in my 53 years of life, that fact is almost always stranger than fiction. And I have found that often the most unbelievable stories are the ones that usually turn out to be true. I have also found that if you were not their, then you do not know. Please remember that just because you don’t believe something, doesn’t mean that it isn’t true. Keep an open mind and give people the benefit of the doubt. otherwise you run the risk of becoming like all the people out their that would still ignore the existence of Sasquatch if one were sitting on their chest flipping them on the forehead.

    Sample troll post- This show is only 5% true, the hosts a liar, Will and Shannon left, neener neener, Squatter’s Lunch podcast is so much better. You stole my $14 bucks, and it was my life savings, swear word, swear word, swear word, everybody reading this is the dumbest dunker head in all creation.

    Sample non-troll post- Having some trouble with the last guest’s story. Interesting show, looking forward to next episode.

    Weird…I hadn’t heard of “talkbigfoot.freeforums.net” before, but after seeing it in this thread, I clicked on it to check it out – and registered. I thought it would be interesting to see more Bigfoot information. The registration process seemed to work fine, yet as soon as I clicked on a link to see what was there, I received a notice “You have been banned from this forum”. I hadn’t posted anything there (I’ve not posted very much on SQ and what I have posted has always been respectful). I can live without checking out that forum, but I wonder why that forum would ban someone instantly?

    I don’t know… it happened instantly. I registered, received the confirmation email, completed that process, then tried to access the site. It’s not like I was able to access it for a while and then no longer could. One thought I had is that the link was posted here on SC, then I was instantly banned, so perhaps it was set up to ban anyone who logged in using that specific link? Who knows? If someone else tried accessing the link from this thread and then was able to access the site then that would prove it’s just me they don’t like..hehe… I just found it curious. As far as Noah’s experience, I was thinking that he was much braver than I am…but real or embellished, that’s exactly the kind of encounter I love hearing about here! Well done Wes!
