A McAlester mother is clinging to life at a Tulsa hospital following a brutal attack by an unidentified animal that investigators said is unlike anything they’ve seen in over 30 years.

Terrible, tragic. and sad for this family…she is lucky to have survived such an attack.
I will be checking to see what animal they identify…??
    She is in my thoughts.

Tragic and rather confusing story. The creature was “dog-like”, but not necessarily a dog, and left her in worse shape than any animal attack the sheriff has seen in his 38 years in law enforcement?

This is tragic, I am from the count west of this location. There have been a lot of Mountain Lions posted on FB around here so I would not count that out. I sure would like to hear more! I will be praying for this lady.

Please keep us updated on this matter. the fact that she was not eaten, doesn’t sound like a bear, cougar, or wild dog. and she said it was “dog-like” so I’m thinking Dogman.

There’s another channel monsters 911 out of Oklahoma not to talk about other channels on the King of podcast channels but he spoke with the sister In law of the victim very interesting and sad worth a listen they have a good fund me set up

Wow… poor woman… dog’s generally don’t leave the site of an attack… and rarely stop until the victim is dead. I doubt a dog covered in blood can just stroll around a residential neighborhood afterwards…

It seems the police do not know what it was, they only thought it may have been a dog. I wish this lady a speedy and full recovery, and maybe when stable whe can discuss just what it was.
