A listener writes “I work 10 hr shift in my machine in the logging industry in the south interior of B.C.

I leave for work at 2:30am and it’s about 1.5 hrs drive to work, after blasting through the small community of Cherryville I seen something fairly disturbing. On a hard left hand corner doing around 100km/h with all my very bright LED light bars on, I seen a white figure off the right side of the road that appeared to be hunching over, facing the way I was travelling, looking over its left shoulder and appeared to be waving at me or trying to flag me down. The whole figure was off white in colour, and didn’t seem to be clothed or hairy.

I didn’t notice any muscle or body features but looked like it had very long arms, all one colour. On my way home I stopped in the daylight and checked the area out. No tracks, nothing at all around related to what I saw. There is a fairly steep slope leaving the edge of the road so it must have been long legged, maybe 8 or 9 feet tall. So when it turned and looked at me over it left shoulder and waved at me when I drove by it seemed to be faceless or hooded yet all one colour. I maybe had my eyes on for a total of 3 seconds.

Scared the #$@% out of me. I almost stopped thinking it was someone who drove off the bank and need help but that thought left my mind quickly. I had just past a couple empty log trucks heading the same way and asked them on the 2way radio if they seen anyone or a vehicle over the bank and they had not, which I confirmed returning after work and walking the area. It just happened yesterday morning and I can’t stop thinking about it.

I have chills writing this and recalling this sighting. If you have heard any similar encounters I would appreciate you letting me know. I will never forget this, and I am a little worried as I have to drive through there for the next couple months still. They closest thing I have found on line is the hooded demon, but not very similar to what I saw. To me I would say I saw a hairless, white, faceless Sasquatch or ghost. Ya sounds silly but I’m lost for a conclusion for this story. Any info would be appreciated, thx Wes, keep up the good work!”
