I do not understand why people do this. It is all fun and games until you run into a real one. Tri Diver writes “Breakdown of mysterious figure caught on video. Original footage: Original video has been removed by owner.”

They probably used a low quality camera phone intentionally due to their low quality costume. No wonder he can’t walk! The head is about to fall off!
People who are serious about videoing anything need to get themselves a decent camera. They don’t cost that much. Very few camera phones take good video at a distance.
