Tonight’s Show Will Be Delayed until tomorrow

As some of you know my Grandmother passed away early yesterday morning.It was a hard blow to the family especially myself because I had been trying to make plans to go see her but I have been too busy. It is a regret I will have to live with. Just goes to show you life is too short and can be taken away so quickly.

RIP Grandma 1923 – 2015

On a much brighter note I will have a new show out of Monday. This is going to be 3-part series about a farm house that had Sasquatch on the property, in Ohio. I spoke to Cheryl yesterday who is one of the family members and she shared a lot of things going on and around her property. Her aunt who is an older lady had zero fear of the creatures and would feed them. Cheryl’s cousin who never believed in Sasquatch wanted to stay the night at the property to prove everyone wrong and he came face to face with what he describes as a very large male cavemen/gorilla.I love shows like this where you get a prescriptive from each witness.You will hear some of the same behaviors you have heard in the past, farm doors being ripped off, dogs being found with their necks broke, ect.

I think you guys will really enjoy this. I will be posting videos through the day and take you guys along with us at night on top of Yacolt Mtn.I really hope we capture something interesting. We found other tracks up there, I assume they are up there this time of year. We will be staying the night up there.

 

Tonight I will be posting a re-run for everyone else and next week you can expect the volume to increase a lot. I just need today to reflect, I am sure that last thing you guys want to hear from me right now is hearing me in tears on the radio talking about my grandmother.

    When you repost shows, can you please number them to reflect the original number, since they are not new at all?
    It can be confusing to get an old show with a new number – for multiple reasons.
    Perhaps something like:
    SC EP:100R (the “R” for repost)
    Or something like that.
    It would clear up the confusion, and keep within your chosen nomenclature.

    Grandmas are awesome and I am sorry for your loss, I went through the same thing 6 months ago and will always miss her especially around the holidays but she is always with you.

    I am a grandparent, and I would hope my loved ones would do for me, what you are doing.
    Take care of yourself and family. I would not believe anyone here would be so shallow as to complain about missing a show over mourning your grandma. Hugs ????

    For sure Wes, prayers go out to you and your family. Don’t worry about your audience my friend as we’ll always have your back. We all grieve differently. Take the time you need and when you’re ready come on back. With the end of the year coming up I know I speak for so many of us members in saying you’ve done a fantastic job this year in bringing us some incredible encounters. Who could forget Warren from BC or the paramedic from Texas. Not to mention our good friend Bob Garrett, incredible human being. Those are just a few. Again Wes you should be proud of the quality of show that you continue to deliver.

    My sympathy to you and your family! My three brothers and I have 13 children between us. On October 16th, the youngest male of these children was killed in a tragic car accident. He was only 25 years old. Another young man, only 30 years old was killed also. To make this even more tragic, my 56 year old cousin was a passenger in the car my nephew hit, and she was also killed instantly! This seemed to be incomprehensible! We lost two relatives, they were second cousins, in one accident. Our families attended a funeral on Monday and Friday that week! My 86 year old Mother lost her grandson and her only sister’s daughter also died! It is true that real life is sometimes more strange than fiction! I am still griefing over this tragedy!

    Condolences to you and your family, Wes..Her Spirit moves on, but I know you will all miss her.
    I know all too well the swell of emotions we all feel at such a time. Don’t beat yourself up over “If onlys”, there is nothing to gain there, save for setting priorities today and in the future. Now and tomorrow are the only moments we can hope to have an affect on.

    So Sorry for your loss. Keep her memory alive by talking about her to others. She’s on the other side of the veil with members of your tribe watching over you and yours.     You have my deepest condolences. I’m sure your Grandmother knew how much you loved her, and I’d bet she was as proud as could be of you and your achievements. Take the time you need, we aren’t going anywhere.

    I’m sorry for your temporary loss Wes. I think back to when my Granny died, and yea, there is that void. But I have little doubt that I will see her again someday; that Day getting closer all the time. I look forward with great expectation, seeing loved ones and others who passed, getting to know them, seeing them young and strong, with smiles reflecting the gratitude of the very Lord who saved them. In the words of Phil Keaggy; “what a day that will be”! Your Grandmother looked like a dear, sweet woman. I know the sadness in your heart, but rejoice, for her.
