He more recently has worked as project manager and team leader at a private research institute (NIDS), using forensic science methodology to unravel scientific anomalies, including animal mutilation cases, investigations of black triangle incidents, and other unexplained phenomena.
He was a program manager for the largest government-funded UFO investigation (AAWSAP) overseen by the Defense Intelligence Agency and is currently senior manager with BICS, the Bigelow Institute for Consciousness Studies.”

Wow. Whenever anything amazing comes out from anyone associated with gov that isn’t experiencing backlash, I always have to wonder about this statement attributed to a alphabet agency director: “We’ll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false”
What is being talked about in this video is so interesting…….and so damning at the same time. “unacknowledged special access programs” like its normal…..its almost double speak isn’t it? Because it is talked about as Acknowledged-“unacknowledged special access programs.”
Bio labs……..oh, it got into the food chain…….Lyme Disease…….Covid…….oh it came from animals, its all natural.

CJM quite the statement from you – well stated. Now, to me, things start to make sense. I was aware of the cattle mutalations back in the early 90s, thanks to Art Bell’s guest, and especially Linda Mouton Howe who cut here teeth on investigating the western mutalations in the 70s. I had no idea Bob Bigelow was funding her, and good for Bob who keeps a very low profile. I remember just a few stories of ranchers seeing helicopters in the skys above their ranches. At time I thought maybe they were there to chase the UFOs. Now it seems the top secret black funding operations were conducting their own mutalations and leaving trace evidence to make it look like this was all humans, and of course who better than blame it on satanic cults, etc. All to cover up the UFOs that they got good at starting with Roswell. However make no mistake, the UFOs were carrying out the majority, probably vast majority, and this is a program that still goes unexplained, and does still go on. I had a pretigious restuant owner friend in Palm Springs, CA in the 90s that I would talk to the high strangeness about. I always thought he humored me. However one day he told me of a Colorado veternarian friend he went to college with at Cal State Northridge. This vet told him he investigated a few of these cases in Colorado. Everything that George Knapp talked about with no blood, organs missing, and precesion cuts, was what he was finding. In fact at the time they thought this was done with maybe lazers. I think the UFO intelligence beams these cows up to the craft, does their work there, and puts the cows back down on the ground, thus leaving no trace of who did it. But for what purpose, this is the real question.

They believe it is altruistic and ethical what they are doing based on the compartmentalism they receive. Once they learn or disagree with the “story” they propagate, they in turn are fired and blacklisted as a symbolic message to the rest of their former team mates.
