Extremely disturbing. We can’t do anything about it. If it happens tomorrow, its a quick way to go but we live with the possibility of mass extinction every day knowing an asteroid could hit the earth from outer space … so, I guess this gets filed away in the back part of our brain like the fact that nobody gets out of this life alive. We just live with the knowledge.

The ETs have engineering vessels and technology to deal with these types of issues. We just need to normalize relations with them and become an ET race ourselves. And import the equipment and technology that we need.

There’s no record in our planet’s history that I’m aware of of anything like this happening. You’d be hard pressed to find credible science to support anything like this happening. It could be done by misusing weaponized directed energy technology. But this planet has no history that I’m aware of even remotely close to this happening naturally. Even with large meteor strikes.
