Tony you should have Mary Ann Winkowski on. She was the inspiration for the show “When ghosts speak” Although she thinks that whole show was mostly over dramatized compared to what she see’s. Anyway, she’ll tell you that ghosts are in no way bound to a house or a spot. This guy was experiencing that. They just go house to house, apartment to apartment watching people.
