The Texas Bigfoot Research Center celebrates the Original Texas Bigfoot Conference held on September 15, 2001 with this year’s event to be held October 18 & 19, 2019.
Established in 2001 as the original annual Bigfoot Conference in Texas by the Texas Bigfoot Research Center.

Lol… saw a few friends there, even caught the back of my wife’s head… but not surprisingly I must have been considered too ugly to be randomly filmed at that conference.

That was a great time, it was my 4th time attending, I moved to Jefferson after the 2014 conference. That’s me at the 3:25 mark of the video, I never knew I was being recorded, lol.

The Seventeenth Annual Texas Bigfoot Conference took place recently. Here is the local news covering the event.
It was a good conference this year, I’ve been to the last four, and this is the first one here in Jefferson that has sold out. It was standing room only at one point. Loren Coleman, Cliff Barackman, Lyle Blackburn and Ken Gerhard were speakers, Nick Redfern didn’t make it this year, but he was at the previous three. Last year it wasn’t as good. Dr. Jeff Meldrum was the key note speaker last year, and I gotta say that I was disappointed, his presentation was pretty boring, but he made up for it by also not being very friendly.

It was a great conference and we look forward to it every year! A new conference, Southeast Texas Bigfoot Conference, has popped up and will be April 21st in Huntsville, Tx at the Walker County Fairgrounds. So happy we have one now that is a bit closer to us!
