Even Patty’s casual walk was still a 40 or 41 inch stride with the power walk Bill describes being closer to 48 inches. Jeepers, one can easily see the difference in coloration due to the lay of the fur at that time by just observing this same effect while vacuuming carpet. I guess this is redundant as I penned this before hitting the segment of the film in which Bill explained this. Indeed the female drawing by Roger was very crude. I did not realize before it was his rendition of the William Roe encounter.
I read the whole Munn’s report back in 09 or 10. Very technically detailed in jargon and film nomenclature I am so unfamiliar with so I learned a bit. This report put to rest any question I had to the authenticity of the film. It is the reason since then I have stated to people the Patterson/Gimlin Bigfoot is 100 percent authentic. I would hope someday Wes that you bring Bill Munns on as a guest.

I want to believe …
From personal experience of an encounter I know that there is an unknown creature in the Pacific Northwest. Although, I have to say every time I see the Patterson/Gimlin ’67 film of Patty walking into the woods (at 11:00 of this video) where there appears to me to be a very apparent horizontal ‘fold’ in her upper right thigh muscle. It’s appearance doesn’t seem organic/natural so I question the validity of this film. Even when Bill Dunn gives his rundown of what he believes the Patty film to be one of an authentic encounter with a bigfoot. I still have to wonder about THIS film …
