Sasquatch Violently Shaking A Tree

A listener writes “My first experience was in 1994 while prospecting for gold on the south fork of the Tolt river, east of Seattle.

My second experience happened on Mores creek on the east flank of Mount Rainer in 1995 while prospecting.I did not see the creature but I was terrified. In both cases a terrible feeling of dread came over me and I could not bring myself to prospect any farther upstream.I was constantly looking over my shoulder.I felt like I was being watched.I spend a lot of time in the mountains and am not afraid out there, but those 2 times scared the hell out of me.

This story was told to me by 2 of my good friends. In the winter (February)of 2004 they were snowmobiling on the shore of a frozen Missouri River south of New Town,ND looking for arrowheads. As one of them rounded a point to enter a bay on the west side of the river a large rock hit the ice, then another and another. He stopped his snowmobile and heard screaming from a steep cliff in front of him.

When he looked up he saw a Sasquatch violently shaking a tree and looking directly at him screaming like a mad man.He couldn’t believe his eyes and told me he had never been that scared in his life, and these guys don’t scare easily. As my other friend rounded the point he seen his buddy riding as fast as the snowmobile could go,I mean wide open headed due east back across the river. He would not stop for nothing.

When they both reached the shore he was white as a ghost and obviously shaken. These guys aren’t BSers and to see them tell of their experience I totally believe them.Thank you and love the show.”
