Sam Houston National Forest Vocalization

I love when sasquatch sounds updates some of their audio. This is an interesting vocal from Sam Houston National Forest. The website states “There are several different voices in this vocalization some overlap so it is easy to tell them apart. This is very similar to a recording we got in Fouke Arkansas.

Because of the group expression of both recordings, we believe these represent some sort of event. Perhaps a birth, death or other profound events.”

These types of recordings always creep me out. Both sound the same as the Clipper Mills recordings that lasted for like 25 minutes or so. There seems to be so many in the groups of howlers, that I do wonder how many there are. I sure would hate to accidentally get caught out where these groupies are at. They sound mean. Thanks.

Are these just not coyotes all going off at same time? Recording quality is just to poor for me to tell. It is tough as all gang busters to get any kind of good forest recordings. In any case Creepy indeed.

The recording quality is fine if you know what coyotes sound like. I live near huge low place in a pasture and hear them often at night and they sound is quite a bit different. More of a howling than a yelling. They have been living there for years. They are protected from the strong winds, near a creek with plenty of water. Thanks.

I’d give 100 bucks to have someone call blast the old Johnny Weissmuller “Tarzan yell” at them just to see what kind of response these “damn dirty apes” would give!

That is very funny Danial! If someone would do it right after the screams. I wish someone would re-record it, and then add the Tarzan yell! I’m still laughing about it! Thanks for bringing that up!!! LOL!

At 36 seconds into the Fouke recording there is a particular vocal that is very different from the others. I know what I thought when I heard it. What do you think?

Being from Sugarland,Tx which is about an hour and a half away from “The Sam”….i can tell you that whatever recording equipment you bring will not do the vocals justice…I have heard different recordings, from different sources, and i too thought coyotes…until i went out there…
The immense strength and power was unbelievable…do i know it was a squatch?? No i don’t…but i know one damn thing…IT WAS HUGE

SHITTT!!!! I went back at 36 seconds and listened and it made my stomach turn over. That had distinct pronunciation on the S and P. I feel bad now. The news would never let us know about this. Kill them all. J.V.
