You need like a water gun or something you could fill with the casting material and squirt it up into the finger holes!

Good idea Kimberly M. I would use a sqeeze bottle with an enlarged tip. The best casted hand print I ever saw came from a friend on the other side of the state, near Cambridge, OH. Sam had a member in his research group that came upon this and Sam sent me the picture. It was the size of a baseball outfileders glove and left no doubt it was a hand. Unfortunately that computer crashed years ago.
