Bigfoot Evidence writes “Kathy Strain talks about some of the more interesting, and sometimes horrifying stories of Native Americans about bigfoot. Often times tribes have numerous stories about attacks and abductions of humans involving these creatures”

you got to realize this, with all due respect, is a non native person choosing to tell certain stories. Not an entire truth. My people, The Maidu who are located North of the American river and east of the Sacramento river all the way to the ridge of the Cascades. I have shared stories of these creatures on Sasquatch watch. Before the interview, I sent him an outline that included dates, incidents with bigfoot that were shared with me and traditional pre western civilazation stories. The only thing they wanted to talk about were the real incidents. The scary incidents. They requested the stories, but didnt choose to listen to them. In all fairness, they may have not choose to talk about them because I didnt write them out for them to preread them. However because of my cultural traditions, I will not write them. Theya re only meant to be spoken and shared. I insist that bad situations happen because of human error. You have no idea how to handle them, but our people did. And we honor and share their space today. I am a gatherer. So when I gather I put myself in that vulnerable space.
But i still practice my cultures traditions of being in their space.

I think if you had to choose somebody to relay a story honestly, faithfully, respectfully and with sincerity regarding the native tribes, it would be Mrs. Strain.
