National Park Service Website

A listener writes “Love the show. Been a listener for years. You’re a great interviewer because you’re a good listener. I thought you might like to share this with your audience.

I’m attaching a copy of a poster I found on the National Park Service Website that I believe shows a Sasquatch hand. I’m pretty sure there are no known National Parks with Gorillas in them. Here’s the link: https://www.nps.gov/sair/planyourvisit/things2do.htm

There’s also a screenshot of the page in case it mysteriously changes…

Is this just their way of plainly telling the public that Sasquatch are out there, and if you visit a National Park you may encounter one? Are they implying that Sasquatch are intelligent enough to use technology? There’s so much to unpack here, and it being actually published on a .gov has a Men in Black kind of vibe to it.”

The “Believe It!” statement in the poster’s lower right-hand corner lends credence to the sasquatch-hand theory. I’m sure it’s meant to be lighthearted, but it’s still surprising to see this on an official government website!
