That’s funny I thought you were in the U.P. as well. I’m from NE Wisconsin 20 miles From the U.P. My cousin saw a 6 ft. black hair covered creature when he a kid playing in the sand box. He said he looked up and this this was standing maybe 20ft. away in the cedar swamp. He jumped up and ran into the house crying. I went back home to visit the family two years ago and stopped and said hi to my aunt and uncle. I had to say hi show them how big the boys were getting and I asked them if they remembered my cousin getting upset and telling them he saw a hairy man. My aunt’s face looked stunned and she said that she did and she just told him he was seeing things. I told her of all the accounts on the BFRO in the area. They said that their dog will go crazy once in a while and wont stop barking. My uncle is a pretty big bear hunter and he baits them in the cedar swamp behind their house. He said sometimes the bait will be hit and there will be no pictures on the camera. He did send me one picture of something it almost looked like a side of a head but it was almost translucent I tried to pull it up on my wife’s phone a couple months ago but it was deleted. Then last year my brother who still lives in the area was out with a couple buddies squirrel hunting. Out of the blue this guy asks them if they believe in Bigfoot. My brother said he is kinda on the fence about it but my brother, Me, believes in them and he had something strange happen in the woods. So his buddy goes on to say that when he was around 15 or 16 (about 15 yrs ago) he was riding his dirt bike on his grandparents farm when he came around the corner of the corn field he saw this huge Bigfoot 8-9 ft. tall standing in the corner of the cornfield. He said he laid the dirt bike down, whipped it around and got the heck out of there. This place is only about 7 miles from were my cousin saw the one when he when was playing in the sand box 30 years ago.
