ParticipantIllegal aliens tend to bring a “clean” set of clothing to change into once the border is cleared.
There are numerous reasons why he may have been left there. He may not have had the money required to get in the van, or he couldn’t keep up while carrying a package on his back for them, or his wife/daughter was worth more without him (apparently this happens frequently)… you get the picture.
However it came to pass, they took his water & food and left him to die in the sun.
The border patrol will get eyes on it, from the air, before setting foot on the ground. It helps prevent being ambushed at the “bait” (yes … this does happen).
Some of the people entering this country illegally are simply looking for a better life. The rest of them … we’ll just say … are not.

ParticipantThe posts on the blog portion, for episode 590, lead me to believe that quite a few people who wrote have neither truly been out in the woods, nor have they ever carried a firearm as a tool.
To be fair, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. However, what it does is eleminate a point of personal reference when they think about what the gentleman did. Without being able to put themselves in his shoes, do to lack of personal experience, it would be very hard for someone to form a more objective opinion. Thus we see a more emotional view presented.
It is simply how the human brain operates.
… and Amy, we were talking about episode 590 earlier as well. Just the first half of it

Participant… like come on a sasquatch podcast?
Her story was intriguing. That said, the whole Washington DC calling at the exact time she happened to be visiting raises an eyebrow.

ParticipantWe pull 50 quality guys out of an area so they will not get hit by the, ever so professional, turkish military and the main stream media gets everyone in a tussle about it.
… and they still manage to “accidently” attack us.

ParticipantKnobby, I fully understand the, born in the 40’s/ 50’s mentality that the US is the great protector. Standing up for the little guy, truth, right, amerikan values, … yada, yada, yada … unfortunately it is not true. Never was, ever. It was a great idea 250 years ago. However, from its inception, that concept was used to control us.
I have an American flag that was once flown over the US Capitol. I keep that tucked away in my plate carrier. Even in the face of all the “truth”, that I know, I can’t shake that once great idea.
I was once told that it takes 3 generations to change a society.

ParticipantCui Bono?
Oil is a commodity. It is money, and nothing else. Money like the trillions of dollars that the DOD lost, that was to be reported the week of 9/11. Money is just a means to an end. For those at the bottom of the food chain it may be power. For those at the top it is just a control tool, no power at all.
What was the trillions spent on?
Why did they attack two countries very, very quickly thereafter? More precisely, what was in those countries that was wanted? (It was not oil!)Cui Bono?
Who ended up better off? Are Isis, Isil, Al CIAda, or any of the other terrrrust puppet organizations any worse off?
How about the intelligence arms of every “western” nation? How are they doing?
How about our freedoms? How are they holding up?
Cui Bono?
Fun fact: The leader of the Northern alliance in Afghanistan was assassinated on 09/10, by a western “journalist crew” interviewing him. They had a 9mm hidden in the camera itself, so they could pass an inspection. This is the man that would have become president of that wonderful boy loving country. Surprise … and the next day not one news agency in the world covered it.
Cui Bono?
Hint: There was one group of people who had everyone out of those buildings before the first plane hit.
“You still don’t get it, do you, boys? There ain’t no countries anymore, no more good guys. They’re running the whole show! They own everything, the whole god-damn planet. They can do whatever they want!”

ParticipantI do not believe they where hikers. My reasoning is thus:
-Bison are big animals. These bipeds where taller than the bison.
-How fast can you reliably move in the unbroken snow? These things moved at a good pace. If we wore snowshoes it would only slow us down.
-What do you wear in conditions like that? Do you and all of your friends wear dark clothing? (Please notice the nice red jacket in Monte’s Avatar)
-Lastly, if these where hikers why did the camera operator pull away as they got to the bridge? The camera was a remote and pole mounted operated by the park service. It is illegal to harass bison in Yellowstone. Why would the park service abruptly pull the camera up and away when these things got closer? You would think they would want to get a better look. Unless they already knew what they were.

ParticipantSteven,
You forgot to mention that all this weather is driving these wildmen of the woods up north, right to Jefferson TX. All those that go should be guaranteed to see large, hairy hominids that speak gibberish.
