ParticipantJennifer do you have a problem with periods in your sentences? It makes reading difficult and seem very rambling.

ParticipantHope Wes feels better soon, sorry to hear how sick he’s been. He has done a fantastic job with the shows. Every week I learn something new and am amazed at the variety of guests and their stories he takes the time to screen and get for the show. I personally will make an effort not to repeat what happened with Chris if a guest comes on that does not sound credible for some reason. There has been a lot of sarcasim and insults that were really bad. We don’t want to go down that road of discouraging Wes either–he puts in such tremendous effort to give us what we want as he has said and proved many times over. I would agree with some of the other comments that it is time to move on. It is what it is. We can’t go back and undue the hurtful things that were said. Chris will probably not be back and we all missed giving the guy a chance to complete his story.

ParticipantKnobby no problem! I respect your decision, I am not out to get you.My goodness I have been a member of this site since the beginning, I have hardly posted in forums until now. I barely knew we had moderators. I can see it is a good thing so things don’t get out of hand again.

ParticipantKnobby, that’s okay! I understand now. Guess it’s time to move on.

ParticipantNo not at all!! I don’t want to hear it because it might be terribly morbid. It is just so unique that someone got that close to a Sasquatch and lived to tell the tale. I have not heard of such an encounter so frightening before. I am like everybody else trying to learn more about them and I guess that is why others are here to hear about others experiences too. I would be genuinely sorry for anyone that has encountered one and gone through a traumatic experience. A lot of us here have been through an experience and it helps to have others share and talk about theirs. A lot of individuals have had no one to talk to. I am sorry that so many of us got so negative towards Chris before we heard him out. Now we’ll never know. I was skeptical myself and wish I had suspended that skepticism and heard him out.

Participantben h, I would not be very surprised if this thread gets taken down too. I started a thread asking for any others that might be interested in hearing the rest of what Chris was going to say. I particularly wanted to hear his experience of “being mauled by a Sasquatch.” The thread was taken down, I don’t know if by Wes or one of the moderators. It all seems very cloak and dagger like. I never quite finished the whole episode and wanted to go back and listen, then saw it got pulled. Now I get the feeling we are not supposed to talk about it. I am just a mom that lives out in the country in Norway. Not a troll. I find all of that so strange that the government would have “trolls” monitoring the site. I do not believe that Bigfoot is bio-engineered. Stories go back too far about them. And yes, I agree that is was a bit of an overload of subjects coming at us all at once. Too much really for one show. I also would like to know where and when they burned all that forest. That is really extreme measures and sounds like things would have been grossly out of control if the case. A bit ridiculous really. But I always try to keep an open mind and realize I certainly don’t know everything about this world or Universe or government regimes and factions. How could they possibly engineer 3 legged creatures and Dogman type creatures to be a living, breathing creation? Not sure it would be possible. Then to say that they would set them loose in our environment, for what purpose? UFO’s, Demons and all these things is not why I’m here to the site.

MOD NOTEAs I stated on the other thread you made the same complaint about me taking down your petition, I took it down all on my own because I don’t think we need a petition to send to Wes to air all three episodes. He’s stated he’s honoring the request of the guest, which he would have to break, and he’s super sick right now and I don’t see this as fruitful.

ParticipantOkay, that particular video may not be real but there sure has been some well documented sightings in Utah.

ParticipantGuys I just had a new thread taken down. I just posted that I would like to hear Episodes 95 & 96 the last of what Chris had to say. It isn’t that I believe any of it is true but it is to me seeming very paranoid that my thread was taken down! I won’t be surprised if this one gets spliced up too. Does this kind of thing go on in other Sasquatch podcasts? I just find this all so very weird. I just come here to catch a few interesting Sasquatch encounters and wanted to hear the rest of what Chris had to say.

ParticipantVery interesting footage. Thanks for sharing! I am from Utah. Never been to that canyon. Now I live in Norway. I would love to go there and check that out, not alone though.

ParticipantGood thoughts hickory67! I spent some time as a young girl serving in the military. For those that get to carry a top security clearance of any kind, I just do not imagine they would risk disclosure of things they agreed not to share with the general public or anyone. For what purpose was Chris disclosing? And it is highly doubtful that the powers that be would tell him he was allowed to disclose some things that were supposed to be highly classified but not others. I just don’t get that. That said, I also think we can discuss things and give our opinions without being rude or unkind. But I just know that if this podcast turned more into some of the other brands of shows that are out there, including stories of ghosts, demons, three legged creatures, green monsters and whatever, it would most likely gradually lose a lot of the audience that came here in the first place. Are we not here because we considered this to be one of, if not the best Bigfoot show out there? What has made it great? It has been a very refreshing place to be, sticking mainly to Bigfoot encounters. I hope we can stick to the formula that has made this show great. It is a show Wes has created and it is his show he can ultimately do anything with. But I have indeed appreciated that he always says he “likes to give the people what they want.” We went this far with Chris’ story, legit or not, I would have liked to hear his story of being mauled by a Sasquatch. I think that would have really told the tale, if it was real or made up. Haven’t most of us that have had a Bigfoot encounter especially–got a feel for if a story is made up or not? I think so! I do wish Wes that you could get Chris to finish his story. I guess that won’t be possible now, with all the criticism and sarcasism that came in the comments field. Couldn’t you just put it out there for those of us that would like to hear the rest and just disable the comments field Wes?

Participant“Why would the “goon squad” be worried about very generalized info that’s all over the internet and no more revealing than your average conspiracy filled episode of Coast to Coast AM? Keeping an open mind is great but that doesn’t mean you have to abandon all reason and common sense. Believing everything you hear because you deeply want to is every bit as foolish as dismissing every thing like sasquatch as impossible because we don’t have demonstrable proof yet. Extremes either way don’t help the cause.”
Well said BradB! I never liked Coast to Coast. I thought SC was so refreshing just talking about Sasquatch. Isn’t that why we’re all here? If I was listening to SC for the first time on that episode I would have been long gone! I would have liked to hear how he was “mauled by a Sasquatch.”

ParticipantI also hope Wes would get Duke on for more shows. He has a lot of years of knowledge and studies and experience to share. I am all for that!!!!

ParticipantWhat is happening to Tracy? Sorry I will search the forums to update myself. I am really sorry that people are being harassed by the government. Money and profits are all that matters.

ParticipantMy husband and I heard Mike Wooley’s encounter, then we contacted him and his wife Jackie. We became good friends and when you hear Mike tell his encounter you just know it was real. I never imagained these things were real. Now listening to others encounters on this show, it’s like I haven’t seen one myself, I don’t have to to believe it’s true. It still blows me away to know I hiked, jogged places where there have been multiple sightings! I would never do things I used to do, go in the woods alone, hike alone. They are out there. Tracey, your encounter is one of the best I’ve heard.
