Yes, thank goodness they were found! Especially with those freezing temperature is forecasted. It’s interesting that they were initially reported missing along with the dog. A half a mile is a long way to go for two toddlers.

Wow,I apologize if I have stepped out of line with my comments. I truly had no idea we have been asked not to discuss this topic on the SC from. I was under the impression that we weren’t supposed to post links to the video clip.

I only have the upmost respect for Bob and his team.

Because of the past interviews with Bob on the podcasts, I think I assumed forum discussion would be welcomed & encouraged.

Sorry I wasn’t in the loop.

The fallowing is from ratbehavior.org concerning swaying behavior:

2.6 Why does my rat sway from side to side?
Some rats, especially pink eyed albinos, often sway from side to side. Albino rats have extremely poor vision, and this swaying may help them see better. Dark-eyed rats may sway or bob their heads up and down too, though they tend to do so less frequently than albino rats. Head bobbing in dark-eyed rats is usually seen before the rat takes a big jump.

Swaying may help the rat figure out how far away various objects are. When a rat moves its head, the images of the objects around the rat move across its retina. Close objects will move faster than far ones, a phenomenon known as motion parallax. Rats may use such motion marallax cues to judge distance and depth.

I think you ask a good question, Jon, and I guess my best response would be that everyone process traumatic events differently.

I can remember being in an auto accident, but I couldn’t tell you the date without doing a bit of information digging. But, I do remember what I was doing right before and right after it happened,as well as what my husband was wearing when he came to the accident scene.

I also can’t remember certain particulars related to joyous events, such as the exact time of my children’s births, which always leaves me feeling like a terrible mother when comparing notes with other moms.

Even though I may not remember things like the time and dates ect of certain events they are still important and significant to me.

I hope this is helpful to you.

I remember seeing a very early version of the “torn up camp” video approximately 2 years ago. It was way before SC. In fact, that’s how I came to know about Wes & Woody’s early shows, by searching for more info about Bob G. Bob had been on Bigfoot Hotspot Raido way before the SC website.

On the early version of the torn up camp video I remember Bob talking about and seeing drag marks on the ground, barefoot prints, seeing something that looked like a pool of blood with a roll of toilet paper in the middle of it,and shell casings.

Bob G also had another torn up camp video of a completely different camp site, a daytime video with many tents, camp stoves, & children’s items. It was right on the shoreline of large body of water.

I agree with Gum that as time goes on the versions currently available have become sanitized to create confusion and misinformation. Great observation, Gum!

Most likely, “they” are utterly thrilled that there is so much discord & disagreement related to this whole issue. “They” no longer need to create a false diversion.

I’ve posted this BFRO report before, so please excuse the redundancy, but it’s one of my favorite reports, & hits many of the behaviors you all are talking about. Crossing in front of a vehicle, crouching by the side of the road, laying down…….

@ FlagStaffer: I’ve told this story before in this forum, but I think it prior to its temporary shutdown.

I have a physical disability due to a tumor in my spinal cord that developed when I was about 10 years of age. After the tumor was removed, I was left with a paralyzed left arm and ended up walking “funny”.

Later on in adulthood I was visiting the San Diego Wild Animal Park with my three year old son and my mother. We were visiting the park during the off-season, so there were not many people visiting that day. A lot of walking was required, and I was becoming tired and fatigued.

When we got over to the lion exhibit, I decided to rest awhile while my mom and son explored elsewhere. The exhibit was huge, and the animals were viewable through large Plexiglas sections of wall that were supported by large sections of solid wall.

After my mom and son had gone off, I was sort of walking back and forth in front of the Plexiglas, looking at a female lion. That lioness locked her gaze upon me, and squatted down into a crouching position, and just watched me. Well, needless to say, I got a bit irrational, and a little freaked out!

There was no one else around, I was there completely alone. I started imagining there had been some sort of emergency in the park, such as a breach in the lion exhibit, and that everyone in the park had been evacuated, except for me. (I know, a little nutty!)

At that point, I decided to walk around the corner of the exhibit and view it from a different angle. After I relocated, that lioness re-positioned herself by crouching behind a large boulder that was located closer to my position.

After that, I started to get a little teary. My mother and son then reappeared. I looked at them, and then said, “See that lion over there, she is stocking me!” As soon as I said it out loud, I knew how completely irrational it was, and we all began busting up laughing!

But, I have absolutely no doubt that lioness knew that I was physically compromised, and that if there hadn’t been that section of Plexiglas between us,
I very well could have been a mid-afternoon snack!
