I have seen them right after I bought my my house. The house I bought had a bad history yes the furniture moved across the floor on its own you could walk through the house and the hair on the back of your neck and your arms would stand up.

They thrive on fear they tried to scare me and my wife that is ex-wife We bought the house my wife grew up in the house. I think you are right we normally don’t get blizzards this time of year so I had no experience with the scent before..

I was out right after a blizzard a lot of trees were bent over do you think that smell could have came from the trees. it was above freezing at the time and the tree tops were buried in the snow.

I dont know. All I know it was a womens perfume and it smelled really strong. I dont really know about the types of womens perfumes.

I don’t want to blame every thing that goes bump in the night on bigfoot. I think it was actually throwing pieces of dirt at my tent. I tried to hit it from the inside with my hand thinking it was just a small animal jumping on my tent.I even looked under my tent in the morning.

It was differently a imitation just about perfect except for the season and time.

Wow what an interesting story. This makes perfect sense when you look at this Indian legend. When I first heard the drumming a smile came on my face automatically because I was thinking your going to be someone”s supper tonight if you don’t stop that drumming.

I stopped and listened for a couple of minutes when all of a sudden the overwhelming sense of being stalked came over me. Being the middle of winter food must have been scarce for them. They must have seen me walking to my vehicle.

My genealogy is 25% native American and 75% Northman. I have a couple of auntes that have returned to the Odawa tribe to learn their history. At my request they have asked about the Hairymen of the forest. This as it turned out is the only subject they refuse to talk about.

The Northmen side of my genology is interesting to say the least. It seems like there were battles fought between them. From what I have learned it looks like the Vikings retreated from them which I find very interesting.

Sorry for the rabbit trail the Indian legend brought this to memory again.

My niece made this statement to me today, well now I have to live with the fact that (monsters are real. Your right it’s a life changing moment and things do get better with time. She don’t want to go out side after dark any more.

I just hope they don’t mess with the house for a while. That would really help her heal faster.

You are so right on in your post. Nature is wonderful in its own right and we are so out of tune with it.

We could look for years for a Bigfoot sighting finding nothing. And yet run into one checking our mail box.
