    What does native legend claim?
Since Sasquatch is far older, perhaps that structure originated with the more ancient.

That video doesn’t work for me.
I think with Sasquatch, you have to spend some serious time evaluating your motives. Then accept the fact that you don’t know what you’re dealing with. Reconcile that.

    Thanks. Amazing story.
    So many gears to it.
Nothing makes sense other than there’s something wrong with the police network involved with it. Why the lies?

I can’t speak for anyone else.
In my case, it was calculated. I’m sure of it. I knew that when it happened and I still do.
So what to do with that.
It’s very interesting to hear different stories about how contact was made seemingly deliberate or accidental with all the extenuating circumstances.

The repeating question and the vast range of answers regarding what Bigfoot is, is also very interesting.

I’ve finally decided upon my answer but it lives right smack within the question, what/who are we?

If we’ve got that answer wrong, if our theories about ancient history are wrong, then we’re not going to get the Bigfoot answer right.

    Thanks.
Due to certain elements in my story, I’m still undecided. My elderly mom and I lived in this house. So like you, two women living alone there. I’m the one who was feeding everything. I had one young doe who would run down the hill out of the woods and come within 3 feet of me. Lol

They knew exactly where I was and it certainly wasn’t a location you’d expect to have THAT wandering around; behind a house along a highway. Although there was plenty of woods. I was the only one frequently wandering through those woods. Alone. So perhaps it was a warning.
I can’t shake the feeling that it was not a random 3 tree knocker drive-by. It was specifically directly outside my open bedroom window.

Minnesota is quite amazing. The North woods are intense and rugged. We have the pristine Lake Superior North shore area and the Boundary Waters famous for canoe adventures.
There is water everywhere whether lakes, rivers, streams or bogs and swamps.

The St Croix River valley is where I spent a great deal of time canoeing and camping as a child and teen. If I had known then what I know now!

The river is laced with islands and slews. It has tall woodsy banks along some stretches and the occasional limestone cave. There are many deep ravines as well. The ancient river was 250 feet above the current one, so picture the running water erosion history.

In the last few years I’ve learned that a number of campers along the upper St Croix have had things happen such as rocks thrown at them. I heard of situations where campers say they’ll never ever camp in that area again. They saw something.

What stuns me is that I never gave Bigfoot much thought and figured not around here. I spent countless nights camping on those islands.

I haven’t, other than an email shortly afterward to some Bigfoot researcher in order to get feedback. That’s how I realized there were 3 of them. He pointed that out.

It’s taken a while, but I’m ready to share that story.

I had an encounter near this one Sept of 2010, so just 9 months before. When I found this video posting, it really sunk in.
Mine was 2 mi N of Stillwater on the St
    Croix.
There were 3 tree knockers. One was just feet away from me. It was 3am. I was unable to see anything in the dark and it was absolutely terrifying. Super human strength. It has completely upended my perspective on this topic. Permanently.
