I haven’t found an actual interview, but here is the BFRO’s lengthy “report” on the Humphreys case

Hmmm. His is an interesting problem. Perhaps the no response problem is because Wes recently moved and had no Internet access for a few days?

Satellite images used by Google Earth are 2 years old minimum. But they do have interesting stuff in them sometimes!

    Tray K,

We’re all getting antsy for Wes’s return. Hopefully that is soon. As has been said so many times already, if you have an issue with content or the lack thereof, take it to an e mail to Wes. If you wish to unsubscribe, do so and stop stirring the pot. We are here to do a job.

Wes is human, and like us other humans he became ill. Your complaint that he should have episodes ready to go is unfounded, as we were promised a 3 part interview that should have covered Wes’s time away. Unfortunately it didn’t work out that way.

I’m not afraid to camp, just a bit more vigilant. My dad used to take us out to remote areas he planned to hunt deer or elk in, and we often saw large herds… if true that bigfoot follow the game herds, we never saw one (during the camping trips lol, my dad was a knower for a reason!) However, there are places I would avoid, especially with my children in tow. Mt. Shasta among them. And not just because of Paulides! We don’t do the outdoors thing often as a family. By the time it’s warm enough for the rest of us, it’s too hot for my hubby to handle due to his MS. So our outdoor adventure window is REALLY slim!

The inspiration for Han Solo’s non human counterpart/Co pilot was Lucas’dog in the passenger seat of his car. Chewbacca is a dog. Hence the reason Barf in Spaceballs is a mawg, half man/half dog πŸ™‚

Haha, things on Facebook are far from wonderfully balanced! But, and I can only speak for myself not other admins, I do strive to keep things civil and friendly. I have never booted anyone without cause! We don’t go looking for conflict, but as anyone knows, when a large group of people gets together in one place, conflicts do happen. It’s our job as volunteer admins to try to keep the peace, and most often there are warnings issued before removal of a member. I’m sure in some groups there are paid admins, but not in ours! I think the problem we encounter most is people think we’re just admins on a power trip, when really, we’re just a small minority in a large majority trying to keep things from becoming too heated, as is our job here! (Which by the way, we aren’t paid to do either πŸ˜‰ )

This isn’t meant to be a rebuttal of your general point, just a possible explanation for my specific point. The paid minders on Facebook control the semantics of any issue, and they deliberate or define what is righteous and what is intolerant along political and religious beliefs.

My apologies for taking so long to get back to you on this.

I’m not sure if you are clear on how the facebook group works. The group itself is a free group that anyone can start. The admins are not paid to patrol the board. I know this because I am an admin, and I volunteer my time each day to cruise through posts and remove those that are off topic, or against the rules that are clearly posted in the group itself. People in the group have varying opinions on the topic at hand, and no one is discriminated against or booted because their opinion doesn’t match that of the admins on the topic. I apologize for your experience with the group, but I am one of many. As a matter of fact, it is often left to me to make the posts about discrimination within the group and other off topic things that need to be addressed. If you would like to rejoin the group, that may be a possibility if you submit the request to join, or you contact one of the admins. It is our goal in Sasquatch Chronicles Fans! to discuss the topic of major cryptids, but mostly to support Wes and Sasquatch Chronicles, which is obviously something that many of us have in common.

    Regards,
    RogueSquatch πŸ˜‰

P.S. If anyone has this issue and would like to come back to the facebook group, please feel free to contact me!

The Sasquatch Chronicles Fans! Group on Facebook is merely a group that supports the show. Just as they have no control over what occurs here, Sasquatch Chronicles has no control over what happens there. It is doubtful that members of the facebook group were merely booted for the sake of being booted out of the group. I would suggest that if you have issue with being removed from the facebook group that you take it up with admins there, rather than coming here where many members are still members and admins of the group to rant and think you’re talking behind their backs.

    A little more about me…

I’ve always been a believer, and I’ve always been on the “that thing will eat you” side of the fence!

I’m a stay at home mom of 5, ages 19, 17, 14, 9, and almost 3. We have 5 cats, 2 dogs, a hamster, 3 rats, and a great big beautiful new Zealand bunny. You could say I’m busy.. a lot! My husband is a disabled USAF vet, our last duty station was McChord AFB, right next door to Fort Lewis in Washington state.

Interesting tidbit, I was just electrocuted by my earbuds. Lightning struck just outside my house holy crapioca!!

I’m also a bit of an insomniac. πŸ™‚

I started listening to Sasquatch Chronicles way back at the beginning, and I love the show because they are on my side of the fence. These are flesh and blood things, not paranormal beings with telepathy and all that other nonsense.

I look forward to seeing lots of great and fun conversation here!!

Squatch on and be excellent to each other! !

New to the forums, but I’m a long time listener. I’m a believer but haven’t had an encounter. I refer to my 5 children as the F.S.A. (Future Squatchers of America) ha ha! I live in Northern Utah, and that’s about all I have to say at the moment! I’ll most likely be involved here more than just patrolling for trolls you know πŸ™‚

    Thanks for the Welcome!
