Papa – Yeti
ParticipantYes Elaine, it left me sad and disturbed for weeks after, as I have little nieces, my little adopted son’s sisters, it was hard to read of children being destroyed, and their remains hanging in the trees. Those were hard tempered cops, and it messed those men up badly, (in Shock and trying to articulate it all and find any hope or rational reasons is how the author learned overheard of the details), they, like tow wrecker drivers and ambulance techs see some hard to cope with tragedies but apply a apex predator and try to fit in the logic while trying to find a new shirt and hat because the others are blood soaked and you are the one who first laid eyes upon the half eaten corpse of the little girl.
-Nothing but brutal combat in hell’s kitchen can compare and in that nothing can prepare your soul, your mind for encountering and coping with it (victims / eyewitnesses die from traumatic shock, heart failures and instant insanity both. That little girl was brought there to play at the campsite, not to watcher her family be ripped apart before being taken up high into the trees and eaten alive.

ParticipantSandy R – Google search – (‘Phantoms and Monsters’ (pulse of the Paranormal)’ – The Beast of the Land Between the Lakes) – (posted Monday, August 06, 2012.
Sandy, do understand that this was a extremely gruesome massacre report. one of the hardest I have read about, as it involved the slaughtering of little children.
Also for another Source Sandy, here: David Paulides tells of it, talks about it upon Coast to Coast David Paulides spoke of it: That Coast to Coast Aired upon March 25 2015.
It is there upon Phantoms and Monster as I have just checked for you.

ParticipantI have read of two encounters of where in each case two were fighting, in one case the eyewitness was being ran out of the territory of a group of Sasquatch that wanted his gone, and upon driving him out of their very remote and rugged territory the man ran right upon a battle, which ended in the littler Bigfoot slipping during hand in hand combat battle and the larger create coming down upon it with a grasped huge rock and started bashing in its head. The Eyewitness was being ran out of the Canadian Mountains. The Other Battle of Two Sasquatch was witnessed by hunters over in North Eastern Washington.

ParticipantHere you so Sandy, here is the Sasquatch Chronicles Episode with the Little girl Lily, where they her young family camped in the Mexican Rockies. But you may want to listen to them in the daytime hours.
Episode # 59 Lily the Little Mexican girl’s horrific camping trip go way wrong as the parents abandoned the campsite in the Mexican Rocky mountains, only to have one the group of hostile harassing creatures Chase them down as they drove away, then The Horror of that Night became a reality she will never forget.
Episode 147 was another Episode which disturbed my sleep… The Chewbacca -Man episode of Sasquatch Chronicles Episode 147.
-Chewbacca Man, “He doesn’t Like you!” Says the Little boy who ventures deep into the woods of the Texas property his father is residing upon. The Family just up and disappeared – rumor has it, they fled back to the State of Alabama.
But the one that sent my own sanity and nerves runner Boot heels out the door, was the Land between lakes encounter… I believe that I first listened of those Gruesome details upon Coast to coast Am.
-But that one, that family massacre story, you don’t want to listen to even in daylight hours. its as disturbing as the “Brown’s Spring” Massacre and the “Ohio Throat Ripping encounter, of decades past.” Those two were adult content, and will cause you to never pull the car off the road for romantic passionate intention in mind.

ParticipantA Dogman picking up a passing Lizard and using it as a rubber mud paint stamp on his cave paintings is another possibility. Dogmen have huge raccoon like hands with four inch claws.

ParticipantI believe they very well do kill and eat people, especially in winter time, when they need more food, and foot is more harder to come across. Also the Alaskan / Canadian tribes have confirmed the Mountain Giants are Man eaters. So I guess we would need to narrow it down to Regions and seasons as if People are the only food source.
-Also there is an encounter where a searching in Washington State a professional S.A.R. and Decades long Skier and Mountaineer. His found tracks indicated he was skiing at suicide speed and leaping crevasses’, something no rational man or S.A.R. team member would ever do unless pursued his body was never found. SO sure, food is harder to come by in wintertime.

ParticipantI had a pretty good couple of Rants upon my theories on the Deaths of those nine Mountaineers. But I am not one to whip horses to Tar – Tar, so it is does become a thread topic I’ll just set back and observe on this one. The Idea of a Mountain Giant sounds great, but I have never rationalized it, based upon lack of evidence. SO I will take a ring side seats and dodge ring tossed ideas. it would be a really good thread. Great Idea Stephan B.
Stephan are you flying Float Planes? If so are you flying them in the State of Alaska? Yet wondering.

ParticipantI would really like to see a research investigation team go into Taylor Mississippi and set up a mock Boom truck not even lifting anywhere near live power lines or a power Pole. And setting up a rain tent around that elevated boom bucket, with hidden video cameras and or 35mm film and Digital cameras and getting some good reliable Dogman images documented. with a few ready to roll Standby Rigs to get out of there in a heated rush if things get ugly and treats are presented by the creatures.

ParticipantYes, I agree a ‘Guest Host’ has to have manners as well as respect and apply them. Well that rules me out “~
I think the only two Host I really enjoy to listen to is Woody And his brother Wes.
But to be considerate about it, Wes has to have back up, or his health will fail and or he will burn out. we must respect Wes and in doing so consider a Guest Host.

ParticipantI really did like S.C. Episode # 197. With Wes Germer and Duke Sullivan, as it was an outstanding very informative show. But I didn’t plug it as a favorite only based upon the audio, not referring here to Wes’s voice, but in reference to Dukes altered voice, it sounded to water garbled to be, and please no offences in my saying that, it was just difficult for me to discern many words and perhaps if the audio was slightly slowed down.
-I would be great to have a follow up word for word transcript after to be included in the forms or by way of a link to a blog. I only mean that in specifically pertaining to when we do not audio clarity. Then folks like myself with rock n’ roll and hand cannon ear, can get the entirety of the voice altered shows. But that is a lot for me to ask, and I do not want to be “Special” or a burden, nor do I want anyone to deal with my visual and hearing Deficits or rather Deaf –icits. : )
-As far as Duke Sullivan and Wes Germer go as speakers and the topic content making the Episode top ten in my book, out ten outstanding shows Episode 197 rates number 5, out of my top ten favorite episodes, but I only rate encounters. And in hearing of the attack upon Chris (insider) encounter, I would not have heard of a Wendigo encounter / attack. And if not for Duke Sullivan’s speaking upon the Wendigo and Gugwe I would have that Wendigo was just a First Nation Folklore / Wall-painting. And I guess that teaches me to take the tales of my family tribe and other tribe’s folklore seriously upon a learning level.
-Also I want to add: I do want to state that I am still not sure what the Gugwe is, am I alone in my not understanding what the characteristics of a Gugwe is or is it a too distant and scarcely encounter creature?
And that Duke seems like he would be a good candidate for a guest host as other suggested.-You know a fill -in while Wes is away getting Governmented a.k.a. Water-boarded and cranium whacked with a rubber hose after being tossed into the back of Lenny and Squeegee’s Soccer mom van, by Mr. Stubby Clean and Mr. Brutus the “You Saw a Bear” Yodeler.

-south west following the Boulder strewn Wooley Creek drainage through very rugged terrain to Salmon Creek.(as an ex – Winter Summer Mountain Soloist it takes huge Berries to trek into very remote and extremely rugged terrain areas and many times you’re already committed even with a Topo map, always finding a land slide, and avalanche slide, a too swollen creek now a raging torrent river, and deviating from your set and informed course means you’re putting yourself off the grid in the dark and that is extreme solo that most will not commit too. –Wilderness area are just that.
And with a huge human scent print, be you a Man or a Woman, you are noticed by many animals by their Rhinarium nose, especially large Predators, ground living or Birds or Prey. A Silver tip Grizzly can pin your location down, a fresh blood source or game kill or birthing of a game animal from 18 miles away, and pin the direction. The moist ‘Rhinarium nose is pushed up; this cools the finer scent Identification and direction of.
-But she found it far to rugged and physically demanding), upon her return trek the young woman chose a high ledge above a snow melt brook to lay her sleeping bag for the night. Far, away were heard the screams and approaching, the creature came right for the cliff face, and Dynoded’ it effortlessly a class five feat.
-Stood at top as her scent was in the air, she then lay still down in her urine soaked sleeping bag’ too frightened to even breathe. Packing trip done and over, she made record time getting out of those mountains. And Human companionship is very welcomed after an encounter while alone I am very sure of that.
